The worst bank of America in Los Angeles County. Lazy unhelpful staff. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. My mistake for coming to this one even though it's the closest to home. Better off making a drive elsewhere...

I only go here to deposit my rent payment however I do not look forward or enjoy banking here. Always long lines, to few bank tellers and it seems to be about the only bank that makes people wait outside! Don't have the time or patience for this. Would never open an account of my own here.

Worst Bank branch ever! Manger is helpless.. I feel BOA should refund me my monthly fee for denying me banking services... I have to drive out of town for a better banking experience :(.. Called customer Relations Department and filed a complained case #210414CR0032979.

Ana was helpful and made my transaction easy. My complaint is to this location's way of managing the orders of big sums of money. This was the 2nd visit to this location due to the negligence of my prior visit. My husband brought in his Merrill Lynch 401k check that we needed urgently for the down payment of our 1st home on a Friday. He was told by a employee there to return the following Monday since the sum had to be ordered. The employee was aware of the importance of this transaction. Come Monday he was turned away because the money was not in. He was sent to Carson Ca, location where we then had to wait an additional 2 days and call off from our jobs. The experience was overall frustrating and unnecessary. Once I brought this incident up to Veronica(manager) at the tweedy location on Wednesday,I was told the money might had arrived after 2pm that monday yet this was never mentioned when he was turned away. I tried to file a Complaint but was told because we didn't have a joint account nothing could be filed. I'm so disappointed in the way the situation was handled and the additional stress we had to experience aside from the monetary loss from having to call off from our jobs. I hope this issue is further addressed to avoid others from going through the same.

Bank manager was very unprofessional and rude. I arrived to meet a personal banker and five other customers were being seen before me none whom which had appointments either when I asked mr Hugo Arellano why this was happening he didn’t seem to have an answer and instead began to be rude and walked away. They need to have a sign in System in place.

I come very often to this BOA but there's no enough personnel! And the ones that are present leave only one cashier taking care of the whole line! Thinking in changing to Wells Fargo! Great customer service and always faster than BOA

Poor service, really poor service, they suppose to open at 9:00am but they opened at 9:04am when I came, there was a big line, about 25 people in line, and only 2 tellers, if you want to be in line for about 30 to 40 min this is the bank. BOA really have to do something to improve service at this location. Compared to other branches of BOA, this bank is below average. I Don't recommend to come.

There is limited Handicap Services bcs I witnessed a person that was uncomfortable standing up and spoke to person sitting on the desk about handicap and sat down, minutes after the person stands up and walks to the line for a few minutes, the tellers were skipping the person with disability. Then the person with disability walks slowly to the teller window, she says hold on so I can help the next person in line, then the disabled says, "No, I am disabled and you need to help me next. That's why I was sitting aver there." I witnessed this and I believe the disability have to come first bcs imagine this happening to you.

Never enough workers the line is always long and the tellers take forever helping the people out! I went in one morning early was waiting in line for the bank to open, they opened a few minutes late and when they finally did open the teller yes only one teller! was not prepared! had to wait an additional 5 minutes for her to get her drawer prepared! Never enough staff the line is usually out the door and only one or two tellers at the window while there are supervisors and greeters just standing around! The tellers are always super slow! I don't have an account there and never will open one at Bank of America due to this experience! I only go there to pay my rent! I have to drive to another city every month because this branch sucks!
