Whatever you do don't ever get chains here I gave her my tired number and she gave me a code that I had to go look up for the chains I got them put them on my car and they were way too big I told her that they were big and they did not fit my car she said that's the chain for your tire and I can't give you your money back I walked to the shell station That's close to the Chevron they gave me a completely different code for the chains These chains were perfect thank God the guy at Shell help me and get chains for my car to get back on the road luckily someone bought the chains off me That same day.

This lady sold us the wrong chains for our car and said it was our fault even tho she was the one that looked up our size for our tire and gave us the number. Not only that they upsell their chains for way more then a normal store does, I’m talking about $100. DO NOT buy chains from there. The gentleman there was kind enough to exchange my chains after the fact we had to drive up a mountain pulled to the side call the store and spoke to the same lady that sold us the chains and was still rude and even then they said they wouldn’t exchange it so we drove back to the store, my car got messed up from the inside and pieces broke off. obviously they do not want to pay for the damage that got done to my car after the rude lady with glasses gave me chains that were too big for my car.

The fellow at the counter dusted off the not visible "No Returns" sign and noted the "No Returns" on the receipt (that you get AFTER you pay). Pretty shabby treatment. And totally unnecessary. Ripoff artists! $122 USD down the drain. Also you have to love the sign "Tire Chains $26.99 and up." They should have added "and up and up and up ...." Stay away from these boys. Pity you are not allowed to post a zero star rating.

One of the workers at the cash register with a longish black curly hair a mustache and a hat and dark skin was VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY RUDE to my family and I. All 5 of us cam in to use the bathroom my cousin went into one bathroom and I went into the other and we both experienced very unclean bathrooms. Pee everywhere on the toilet seats, ripped up toilet paper covering the floors, and the sinks were nasty looking. My cousin nicely told the worker they were dirty and he starting rudely back talking her saying "yeah dirty sure like 10 customers have been in there" and he was saying so many rude things so she walked out and I stayed looking at hats and he kept inappropriately talking about the bathrooms and what she said to him to the customers and making fun of her. So I stood up nicely and said he didn't have to be rude and he raised his voice with attitude and as we left he kept yelling at us. I would normally just let something like this go but I have never experienced SUCH rude customer service!

When my coworker asked where the restrooms were she said "over there! you didnt see that big sign when you walked in?" We were all planning in purchasing something but went across the street instead.

The gas station is clean and nice but customer service is absolutely terrible. That older lady who works there with short hair is just super rude. She needs to be nicer to customers especially with those gas prices at their station.

They cheated me out of the Safeway discount! They gave me a receipt for $41.14 but when my credit card statement came they charged me $42.12. I realize its only 98 cents but, it is the principle. If the cashier did this to everyone that came in that day he could pocket $300 at least
