Hannah is a great manager! She is very patient, customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I do not have enough good things to say about her. The store had most of the parts I needed, and anything they did not have she was able to have in the store the next morning. Hannah is definitely the person to ask for if you need help and want it done right!

Went to buy oil at the store and was told they aren't honoring the advertised promotion. Furthermore, they informed that the owner rarely honors any sale or promotion put on by Napa. Too bad because prior to moving to Temecula Napa was my go to auto parts store. On a side note the employees were very friendly.

Have to give two thumbs up. When entered this Napa Auto Parts store was greeted immediately by employee Robert. Very kind young man. I wasn't sure what to get he was very informative and help me. Also went the extra step to show me where I needed to put the item I purchased in my car. Will definitely come back.

I am so glad there is a NAPA in this part of Temecula! I only shop at NAPA and these guys are the best. They even helped me out before the store was open when they were just starting to bring the parts in.
