I popped in to ask cashier if they had a bathroom for my 94 year old dad, a WWII vet. My husband had car in fire zone so my dad could get out of car because he cant walk far. There are not any close handicap parking spots. She wanted us to move our car that didnt need gas over to the gas pump and block a pump. I told her that was too far for my dad. So then she LOCKED THE DOOR SO I COULDNT GET HIM IN STORE. DID SHE WANT HIM TO GO TO BATHROOM OUTSIDE DOORS???? SHE WOULDNT MOVE UNTIL MY HUSBAND MOVED OUT OF FIRE ZONE. WE SPENT MORE TIME IN FIRE ZONE BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEE. All she had to do is say, yes, bathroom is over there. I get my dad out and my husband would then move car. Instead she wouldn't answer my question and i asked her multiple times. So then i saw bathrooms and went and got my dad out. Then she LOCKED THE DOOR SO A 94 YEAR OLD COULDNT GO TO THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO AND SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS STORE. By the way I always buy something when using a bathroom like that. But mot this time!!! Lost my business!!!! What a rude employee she should be fired!!!!!!!!! This was saturday around 9:15pm July 23rd. How can you treat an old person like that!!!!!!!

For all the money flowing through Temecula you'd think that this shell could afford a window with a hole large enough to sell energy drinks through it. Take a look at the Quality plexiglass and duct tape job...

Been trying to get in touch with someone or a manager there…call and no answer….went in a few times and the workers have no clue…was charged on my card for gas that I didn’t get and am trying to get it cleared up…it keeps saying that the charge is pending on my account? I want it cleared on their end so I can get that charge off my acct…wish they would respond! This is from may 7th…?… sucks…

Lowest price on this side of town always and right off the freeway. The store is always clean. They do a good job of keeping gas spills up. I come through a lot at night and I see them out there scrubbing it down. Very well lit at night. Check out their beer cave too good deals on brews 🍺.

December 2021 Lowest gas prices in Temecula by 15- 20 cents per gallon. Super convenient location and offers plenty of moving space and about 10 pumps.

If I could give negative stars I would! The manager Susan hired me only to tell me on the first day of the job they only wanted to "try me out for the day", knowing, encouraging, and waiting for me to quit my other job. So I could work for her. But nope. I was told I was hired, only to find out they had other applicants. On top of that they made copies of my social and license. And still only tried me out for 1 day. They didnt return them to me either, I had to come back the next day to get them. Very unprofessional, rude and sketchy.

This gas station was so freaking rude. I’m sure everyone can understand the hard times going on at this time and I had change along with cash and the lady had the nerve to send me to the back of the line to go to the coffee stand and proceeded to check everyone else out leaving me last. I’m so absolutely disgusting with the treatment I was given. Do better

Always a good gas station to go to. Its near the freeway exit and prices arent dumb high, plus they have a rewards program that gets you .5 cents savings per gallon. Place is always clean, easy to get in n out, friendly staff and lots of pumps. Will continue coming here.

I drive for work so anytime I know I'm passing through, I make it a point to stop at this station. Great customer service, great pricing, great products! No disappointments in any aspects of a C Store :)
