My wife’s car was damaged in the car wash, we informed the store right after it happened. We were not the only car damaged that day either. We have reached out multiple times and we get the run around. They are I guess hoping we just give up. It has now been 3 weeks and we are still trying to get it fixed. At this point I believe small claims court will have to handle it. We were very regular customers until this happened and frankly I don’t see us going there anymore.

I previously reported on how the car wash damaged my wife’s car mirror. It is almost 3 months later and we have done everything they asked and they have not yet done anything. That is $750.00 we had to pay for the damages there car wash did to our car.

The people who work there are always friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. They are an equal opportunity employer, and hire customer oriented people. Which makes this one of the best Circle K stores in the area in my opinion. Also they never discriminate when it comes it the restroom!!!!!

The circle k on Temecula Parkway is incapable of stocking their pumps with receipt paper. Twice I have to enter the store wait in long lines to get a receipt that should have been available at the pump. The latest incident, I purchased a car wash. When I returned from waiting 6 people deep inside the store with 1 attendant for a wash code, I had to wait for three cars at the wash. There was no line at the car wash prior to entering the store. Needless to say, I will never use this facility again for any reason.
