TERRIBLE SERVICES! DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH! They don’t like to work most of the time they take your time waiting and send you back home with no help at all!! Mooney’s Branch is good! Check reviews before going to places.. I will give minus 1 start so do not count my start. Manager needs to be more helpful and try his best to help issues instead he agrees to the bad decisions of the employees that don’t like to do their job!

I should see reviews before going to some low serviced places like these one! Hope you don’t go and learn in person how This branch is unprofessionally and racism .. they are not kind at all.. Marcos Ghavami make a lot of excuses so he couldn’t help us to add my husband to my bank account ! after we were showing a lot of proof of documentation.. he said he couldn’t help us! he even asked something to the manager and I saw the manager that first he looked at us to make a decision, I was just trying to add my husband but he didn’t wanted to help us. So we left. The chase on Mooney they are the best and friendly.. i when to the Mooney place and one of the reps told us that in order to add my husband to my account he could ask us just for his debit card as an additional proof of verification which Marcos Ghavami didn’t ask he didn’t even try since the beginning to help us.. they should close this branch since they only have 2.4 stars.. I don’t think Chase Corp wants to pay to freeloaders that are not doing a profesional job.. I saw the branch empty and all the employees talking and notice that when a customer come s in they don’t like it.. that’s why they treat customers like these do they just get pay for just being there waisting time.. go home !!! If you don’t like to work. Learn from the employers at Chase in Mooneys they do work that’s why there is always happy customers and have good reviews.

I have more than once been passed up, by employees, while they wait on customers who have come in after me! This time, rather than offering to review the documents I had brought in, and advising me on how to proceed, I was just told they couldn't help me, and I felt as though I had just gotten the "brush off!" So, instead of helping me, I'm having to pay a $50 fee to have a 3rd party help me! Did I mention you just solicited me to become a "Private Client!" Really? After service like this? I don't think so!

The drive thru ATM hardly ever works. It's usually out of money when you want to withdraw or when you try to deposit cash, it won't let you and I end up having to go inside the branch. In particular, last night my card was stuck in there for over 15 mins. I couldn't even hit cancel. This is the 2nd time this year this has happened to me.

Been checking out this branch as it's close by. The ATM's are broken down or "unable to provide service at this time" far to often... Here it is Friday and once again non working ATM's. Well, I need a bank that performs. This is not it.

Very sad, that it takes a global pandemic to have fast & courteous service:/ waited in line for less than 5 minutes and was greeted and directed with great customer service:)

I’m going to say 50% of the time I came to the lATM it never work it’s so inconvenient this has been happening for awhile ..... I’m so annoyed and thinking of changing banks!!
