Overall loan process experience is good, however the loan officer who serviced made some discrimination and did not lock the rates early as she did with my neighbor which was closing in same week ( new construction) this costed me few hundred dollars every month. Not proactive in communicating the best advice or suggestion with un-certainties. I was asking for rate lock and she pushed back, but she already locked the rates for our neighbour a month prior to mine, who closed on escrow same week as mine. This is truely unprofessional behavior for a loan officer.

Leslie Harvey is my loan officer, she is knowledgeable and responsive. This is my first time purchase and she helped me every step of the way. I didn't do alot of research but once I was connected with Leslie she created estimates for me, talked me through options for loan / downpayment, etc. And when it came time to make the purchase she worked closely with the agents and when any bumps came up she advocated for me.
