Impossible to contact if there's a problem and a total ripoff. During checkout I added a reccomended item for 10$ extra. The added item was not included in the delivery. I'm so disappointed. Besides the fact you're paying for extremely over priced fruit and "gift items", they are Impossible to reach by email or phone if there a problem which makes me the most upset.

Stopped by to pick up an arrangement for my aunt. The arrangement was great, the store clerk not so nice . She wasn't friendly at all, she walked out from the back , no smile , no hello, nothing. I just got a straight stare from her, I felt awkward immediately. I stated I had a pick up order, she looked it up, grabbed it and gave it to me. I said thank you, and she said nothing back. I walked away and she went straight into the back of the store Just a smile goes a long way !

Read the reviews- they are right! I ordered fruit and flowers and on the order it says flowers, even on the picture of the delivery it says +flowers and no flowers arrived. They clearly never read the order, even when it was printed correctly ON TOP OF THE BOX. You have to wonder.... any way, they are refunding me for the flowers, but they were not apologetic and extremely hard to reach. Just order from anywhere else unless you want to waste time and money on an incorrect order. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I am beyond upset with this Edible Arrangements location. I placed an order for delivery on 8/10/2022 but all I got was an email at 8:00 pm saying my order was not delivered. It was for my brother and sister in law and new born baby. I specifically stated to call me or my brother if nobody answered. Nobody called at all. Ive reached out MULTIPLE times with "customer service" with absolutely no response. I've called the location, can't reacha person and just get to leave messages. Terrible. Im horrified by this service. My order was about 200.00 and I want a refund and nobody will call me regarding the issue. I will have to escalate this to fraud with my bank. I never write horrible reviews and never put down businesses especially in these times but I feel terribly let down and ripped off. Worst ever purchasing experience! Do not even think about shopping at this Edible Arrangements. I used to like Edible Arrangements but this very bad experience has changed my mind about the company. I wish I had read all the reviews here first before placing the order online. Wow. Just wow. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a gift for my sister to arrive on her birthday. I didn't get any order updates after the original confirmation or any notice that there may be an issue with on time delivery. The gift wasn't delivered on the date chosen and was updated 2 days after to "delivered". My sister was home all day at the delivery address and nothing was delivered and no one approached the house. I never received a call for assistance if the driver was lost or turned around. Upon calling to question where my order was, I was advised by the automated service to leave a message because they were either closed or busy...your page says you close at 7pm on Mondays, someone should've been able to answer the phone after a brief hold. The call lasted less than 2 minutes from start to finish. This was far from the happy experience you claim to provide. I'm currently waiting for a call back from the store and upon contact will expect a full refund without hassle.

We placed an order well ahead of time for a recipient to receive their delivery on their birthday. The recipient was on standby the entire day, and no gift was ever delivered. No attempt to contact us or the recipient was ever made regarding delivery complications or any possible delays. The order status page continuously jumped back and forth between "Arranging Your Order," "Order Received By Store," and "Delivered." Both parties are very disappointed. We are only providing this review to ask people not to make the same mistake we did by ordering from this location.

My daughters ordered a birthday balloon and fruit for my mother’s 96th birthday, over a week beforehand. The delivery never showed up, and when I called the next morning, Maria the store manager told Edible Arrangements Corporate that the delivery had occurred a couple hours earlier. Based on that, I accepted a refund and 40 percent off a future delivery from the Walnut Creek store. But then it turned out that Maria had lied to Corporate and nothing was EVER delivered. Furthermore, she told me that she would call me back later that day to explain why the delivery had never occurred, after she had a chance to talk to the delivery man. She never did so. And I am still waiting for the refund to actually show up on my credit card, even though they were quick to charge me a week before the delivery day. Bottom line: this store is run by incompetent and dishonest people who will lie to their corporate HQ AND to the customer, to hide the fact that they failed utterly to deliver anything for a special birthday…maybe the last one for my mother and my kids’ grandmother. And my mother had to go the day by — and day afterwards — wondering why no one had remembered her on her birthday. Shame on you!

I have ordered many times from the location in Walnut Creek. I ordered for a delivery, and it got delivered but the picture of the delivery it did not include the balloons that were to be included with my order. I tried calling, on hold for 30 minutes, emailed (response from email was a copy of my order in summary form - no detail) and finally after hours, I was able to leave a voice message. No response .... Mind you, the only reason to place the order was for the balloons - the recipient enjoys them with the order. I was not impressed with the service, and it will definitely be sometime before I try ordering again!!!

The cashier/acting manager needs to be trained on customer service.. didn't answer the phone like a business, instead answered the phone like I was bothering her by calling her house or something..I specified delivery would not be possible after 6pm. I called to remind them. Didn't matter, they tried to deliver at 7:30pm. I had called the store several times between 4-6:30 and there was not a single answer. The store was open until 7. So someone is in there not working.. I called this morning to figure out when it would be delivered today. The person answering phones did not do anything about the delivery except say "yeah I don't know. "Didn't offer a solution, didn't try to fix anything or even offer an apology or even try to give perspective on this. Instead, hung up and would not answer the phone. I called customer service instead. Maria, please train your staff to be better prepared to deal with the public.she needs phone etiquette and a quick retail run down on how not to act like she hates her job.

I was hesitant to order with so many not so nice reviews. I'm glad I did! Placed my order online, accidentally requested the wrong date. I called and asked if there was any way they could deliver it sooner and the super nice lady who answered said "sure, we can deliver it tomorrow". YAY! Arrangement was so super cute. Thank you, Edible Arrangements Walnut Creek!
