This review is ONLY about their online ordering system. I placed an order for pickup on two items which stated in their website, they were in stock. I received an email and txt telling me to wait for them to let me know once the stuffs are ready. Two days passed, I didn't receive any news.. so I called the store, the lady said my order was not in the system! I re-ordered one more time, received email snd txt again for me to wait. Today is the 2nd day from that order. No news! My card wasn't charged both times either! I have no problem with my card since i use it all the time. I think their website was the issue for online order,

Michael’s is a candy store for creative adults (& kids, too). They have a huge variety of crafty product… I can’t think of any artsy project that Michaels doesn’t provide for.

Needed to get a frame that's 24 x 36 without breaking my wallet. Custom frames are so expensive but they have ready made frames for 30 bucks. Can't beat that.

This Michael's is great. They always seem to have what I need and the store is kept pretty tidy. I dislike the parking lot tho. People just don't obey basic laws like going the right way in the parking aisles or stopping for a stop sign. I suppose arrows on the ground and stop signs are merely suggestions.
