This place was good in the past but went downhill. I went in with my two teens and we had 2 regular manicures and 1 gel manicure. We had appointments but nobody was ready for us. They were very unorganized and took us at all different times even though I made it clear when I booked my appointment days before we were all expecting service at the same time. One manicure was rushed so quickly it was over in about 5 minutes. The other two hadn’t even started yet. Two of the three woman were rough and rude to us. I will not be going back despite the convenient location. Do not bother with an appointment- it’s just first come first served. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures

It is Always a wonderful experience, I LOVE Apple for nails, she does Beautiful work and is a Fantastic Artist, if you want an extra design or French tip. Also, today I received a pedicure from Apple, it was the Best Pedicure ever!! It's such a treat to get my nails done here, I drive from the Valley just for Apple... she is the best!! The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. Amy is amazing! She does an incredible job with Bio Gel for my fingernails and they always come out so beautiful and last a long time! My fingernails are strong! Amy also waxed my eyebrows and put some eyebrow pencil on my brows and they were stunning! I feel so beautiful! I definitely feel pampered from my evening at BCBC nail spa! I highly recommend BCBC and ask for Amy! She is awesome! Services: Gel manicures, Waxing

I started going here when my previous nail salon did not re-open post pandemic; I love Lisa! She takes wonderful care of me & I usually end up getting a shoulder massage as well because I’m so relaxed. I also started using bio gel on my nails vs. SNS & am very pleased with the results. 2nd time there. They don’t understand what we ask. I asked for a pedicure spa gel ($40 at the entrance) the lady asked to me for paraffine for $10 more I said yes.. I finally paid $70… because gel it’s $15 more she said.. I asked a gel pedi twice at the end she started with regular.. the first time they didn’t ask for what I wanted, I felt rushed and had no time to choose color.. I don’t recommend this place
