Went in today to do a return and I walk up and the lady behind the register does not have her mask on and the lady next to her has it below her nose. They make me leave the store to go to my car with my toddler to put a mask on and will not give me service (to just do an exchange and leave) unless I do. Follow your own rules and be nicer about it. If I hadn’t HAD to do a return from a gift I would not have given them any business. Rude hypocritical staff. ~Hayley

This place was good in the past but went downhill. I went in with my two teens and we had 2 regular manicures and 1 gel manicure. We had appointments but nobody was ready for us. They were very unorganized and took us at all different times even though I made it clear when I booked my appointment days before we were all expecting service at the same time. One manicure was rushed so quickly it was over in about 5 minutes. The other two hadn’t even started yet. Two of the three woman were rough and rude to us. I will not be going back despite the convenient location. Do not bother with an appointment- it’s just first come first served. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures ~Lori
