The staff was excellent and willing to go out of their way to help you. They asked customers throughout the store if they needed any assistance. It’s great to see people who love their job and are great at it. I found everything I needed in under 5 minutes. Definitely a great store to go when you need tools and essential to help efficiently and effectively do a job once.

Place is clean and well stocked. Good customer service tools are getting better than I remember from years ago. Good tools for your mechanic, diy, and home and garden. I know people always complain about tools being from China, but honestly by now everything is from China, so if your not use it by now then I don't know what to tell you. They do have warranties.

The prices are so good and the people were very helpful in looking for the parts I was looking for so I buy some of the items I need for my truck.

I go here because I really dislike the store in la Mirada on Firestone the manager there is full of himself his staff are a replica of him and The whittier Blvd store Is way better Brian has been a great manager and knows to listen to customers Credit where it's due The funny part is I live 3 minutes away from the la mirada store I rather drive the 12 minutes to the whittier store !

We were greeted upon arrival and directed to the appropriate aisles and found what we needed. Stock seemed adequate with no visible empty areas. We arrived during the lunch hour on a Saturday and there was no line upon checkout and cashier was very pleasant.

I visit the Whittier, CA, store because it is nearest to me. I have been to others, and they have all been positive; But they have become too expensive, and I can purchase similar, and usually get a 1 year warranty instead of 90 day.

Nice clean store, well organized. Probably a step up from most Harbor Freight stores I have seen. I still would not buy any power tools there, however they are good for some items, such as casters, tarps (probably biggest selection I have ever seen seen). They had scaffolding that looked like a blind person welded it. You get what you pay for.
