Every staff member that I have come into contact with has been very pleasant, helpful and professional right up to the point I moved out of my storage unit years later. A clean, easy access venue for storage. The short term commitment turned into 15 months but was the perfect space for storing art. Front desk personnel always friendly (especially Jenni in Windsor). She is also very efficient in check in and check out. Very clean venue and quiet. Thanks storage pro.

I rented a storage unit after the Tubbs fire. They gave me a great rate. When ever i had a question Jen was always friendly and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place. It was clean and secured. I felt very comfortable knowing my belongings were safe.

Didn't have any units left in the size I needed. The guy refused to recommend any other companies in the area. Get a list of go to's for when you have no room. **If you don't have what I need it is OK to recommend someone** he says "you mean recommend one of my competitors?!" Do you all hate each other that much in this business?
