Worst repair experience with this branch!! Not recommended!!!! It took them more than a month to fix a simple issue on our machine without giving any accurate time estimate.They charged for labor and parts upfront, and they said our vender’s changing shipping dates for parts like three times. Every time, I asked to cancel repair request, they said it’s not possible. Embarrassing customer service ever seen !

I rented a truck for a couple of hours, and it worked just fine. The guys working at the counter are all really helpful and nice. The Tool & Truck Center is in Home Depot, and you might have to ask where it is in the store. It was very reasonably priced, and I only ended up spending a little over $20.
