Man this guy is amazing and super kind. He fixed my phone in 10 minutes!!! Twice….cause I got butter fingers and keep droppin it. But Nelson is on point!!!!!

They were prompt in returning a diagnosis and gave me a honest opinion, from which they did not profit anything for the company. As I had to buy a new computer, I decided to build one and they were helpful with recommendations. I took my new computer parts to them for setup, and Mr.Nelson and his technicians had set it up the same day. I canceled my plan and work with another place who said they would charge me for diagnosis so I canceled my work with them and planned to come here for work. At first I hesitated because they had only phone repair reviews. But they do computer repairs too. I would recommend this business to my friends and my family. You guys are honest and reasonable on prices. I could ask for nothing more. Thanks for setting up my gaming PC.

Always fair with their prices and very quick turnaround. I have had them fix at least 4 broken iPhone screens for me in the last 2-3 years and I trust their work and know they are very fair with their prices! I recommend this place to anyone looking for repair or refurbished phones!

Very Good repairing our phones. We need more stores like this place in Los Angeles and other places. We are from Iowa. But we had very good recommendations. This is the best place. Walked in to repair my iPhone 7s glass screen. I was assured that the same quality glass would be used as the one from Apple, picked up the phone everything looked fine, i paid for a screen protector as well. Within less than a month my glass screen shattered. The screen protector is intact, but the actual glass underneath is completely shattered. My phone took a less than 6 inch fall from a small stool I was sitting on. This place is a ripoff, please don’t use this location to fix broken screens. I suppose other people had better experiences with fixing functionality problems but my best advice is to not trust any screen replacement work from this business. They definitely use cheap materials, this place was not worth the money or time.

DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!! I went in for a simple screen replacement on an iPhone 6s plus after being told that their other location was open until 8 because it was closer to my location (it wasn't). Called in to the main store 'Jay' answered said he was closing soon we told him we were up the street and would be there no more than 5 minutes. he worked on the phone maybe all of 5 minutes total. I left at 8:15 because he was also attending to other customers. The job was just a screen replacement everything else was working perfectly. No network issues no battery issues the touch did not have a lag. The phone was purchased new less than a year ago. Now the color on the screen is completely off (the white looks more pink than anything). The touch does not work properly. The battery does not go pass 5% even after charging the phone for hours. As i was typing this my phone restated 10 times. I had an emergency last night and could not get a hold of anyone nor could they get a hold of me because of the phone. The only reason i am going back there is for some answers.

The Phone Spa is a great store with many pretty cases, Nelson fixed my phone it was actually never was broken only the screen protector was cracked. It's hard to find honest people like Nelson. He replaced only the screen protector, I know if I would've gone somewhere else they would've quoted me $110 and that's something I fear. I will totally come back and also tell my friends how great my experience was.
