Changed packaging for no reason causing $10 up charge

Everytime I go here I always have a package that comes up miss. I'm a reseller and like a fool I went to them again. I even talked to the gentlemen in charge. He told me to wait a couple of more days. Of course it never started tracking. Now I have another package missing. I will never go here again. Something isn't right about this place. Also they now that friendly.!!!

I loooooved this USPS! It’s a small trailer that transports to another time. The staff was super friendly and the mailboxes are vintage! I’ll be returning for sure! I barely waited in line.

Best experience ever . Professional personnel. I came in here for a passport and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. I CANT SAY THE SAME FOR THAT CREEPY OFFICE IN MONTCLAIR!

Very Disappointing experience. 😡👎Probably they wanted to teach me a lesson so that I never ever come back with a big package for them. I came to send a large package and it was little heavy. 7 times they have sent me back as they felt that the box is not fully taped. Every time I was asked to go outside to tape it. I think that he were enjoying that I had to carry back the item “outside the door” and tape it again and again and then wait for him to call me and then some inspection with disapproval. I hope they have some empathy during this crisis time. I work as essential services in healthcare and did not want to waste 30 minutes going to another USPS. Finally when I attempted for the last time, he gave up and accepted my package. I was sweating and lost my badge in this back and forth. Finally another customer was able to find that. 👎😡

Spent 3 hours today driving to 5 post office locations (Norwalk, La Habra, Brea, Rancho Cucamonga, and Guasti) all of which had hours for passport walk in's but Guasti was the only location willing to help. Staff was also friendly considering its a Post Office. Been here 3 times in total and all 3 more pleasant than any other PO I've been to.

The employees at this location are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The clerk #55 (Jessica if I'm not mistaken) was very keen as to not miss any info in the passport form. I will highly recommend this place unlike the Postal Office in Arrow Route location where the employees are very rude and sarcastic.

Jessica was extremely rude, after waiting 10 minutes while listening to her gossiping around the corner. Shipping a “priority mail” package she said they didn’t have any priority tape. I could clearly see the tape!!!! She then said it wasn’t for priority boxes....Every post office I’ve visited mails our priority mailboxes with free priority tape. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or just Jessica, but either way, I’ll never come back here. Update: I went to the website and found where it stated priority mail tape is available free of charge to seal priority mail packages!

I would travel from Riverside to be helped in this post office. The employees are friendly, helpful, and patient. I love coming here when I need to. Best PO around.

Tried to contact the post office in Ontario but they would not pick up. Called this post office to see if they could help. Bruce was incredible! Give that many a raise! Instead of shoving me off to the main branch to wait for three days he took it upon himself to help my customer get their package!
