All stars for Edgar! Everyone in this store was very kind and helpful, but Edgar was the man. I was trying to be a Verizon customer for 4 days over the chat and phone, but eventually I got frustrated and decided to cancel my application. But Edgar, with great patience and knowledge, solved all the problems, and thanks to him I'm a Verizon customer. I still have doubts with Verizon though, because of all those problems I've been through, but at least they have a great team at this store. Thanks Edgar and everyone over there!

They need more than one store for this area... must make an appt days in advance... go on off hours... been there numerous times and finally got a sales rep that was sincere.. ask for "Tab" ... he was honest and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need... very humble and refreshing for that store...

Buying an unlimited calling plan for one month at a BestBuy store for $65, but the store staff will not help to put a SIM card to any phone as well as helping for the activation. As a result, came to a Verizon store to buy - Bingo. The store staff showed us how to add $65 again next month at the store machine (see a photo) or go online to create an account. Note: The SIM card cost at the BestBuy is at $9.95,but $5.85 at the Verizon store.

Dear Manager Jorge, I know we are living during very hard times and it is not easy to deal with different types of people or customers. Unfortunately you were very rude and unprofessional with me and my family. A manager is a leader who gives the example of how to treat customers regardless of their race or color... I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe you were too tired, stressed, were about to closed or that's your personality but please a smile doesn't cost money and part of your job is to make customers feel welcomed.

My husband and i walked in and we got looked at like we were going to steal something. The gentleman ask what we need. We tell him we would like to transfer to Verizon. He puts us down then a white couple comes in without checking and they take them before us. We asked for the corporate number the lady representative refused to give us the number. I told her how bad there service was she said ok and continued to help someone else. I have never felt more disrespected in my life.

Incredibly unprofessional customer service. We came in a few hours before closing, looking to buy a new phone and had a few questions regarding data transferring. An employee rudely asked us how old we are, basically insinuating that we are dumb. Last time I check when a customer has a phone related question you should answer it professionally instead of making the customer feel uncomfortable.

They do not care about you. They treat you like you are begging them for money, no one here is good. They let phones get stolen from the store. They treat all the customers like trash. They are rude and disrespectful. The manager Ray is an absolute negligent and disrespectful man. He is ABSOLUTELY no good. I came in for help and I left in worse shape. They guy 100% does not care. He has the power to help but he doesn't have the willingness to do so. He does not care guys. He is childish, his emotions are made out of glass. You have to use trigger warning around him and you can not speak to him in a serious tone because he takes it personal and his feeling get hurt. I'm sure he has some kind of safe-space room in the store where he can go and cry and feel better for how mean people are to him. As if everyone who came in to the store was a customer of his. We customers are CUSTOMERS OF VERIZON. If we come in upset is towards Verizon. All he has to do is fix the customer's problems. Who cares about his feelings. He should go live in a safe-space world where everyone uses trigger warning around him. I have never seen someone sooooo insecure and inmature in such a high position. Horrible service and treatment. Ray should be fired because he simply is not good. He is the product of what happens when you give a child thropies for regular achievements.
