Terrible customer service courtesy of Derik. Not acknowledged at drive thru; he never took my order nor paid attention when I pulled up to drive thru window. Drove away assuming Starbucks was closed & then noticed additional cars arriving & placing orders, successfully, at the drive thru. Went inside & filed complaint. Received an apology from management (Romeo) & my drink. Seriously guys???

This place sucks. 0 stars. The last two times I ordered here, well in advance, long waits. The last time 7/2022 I was on my way to work. I Ordered well in advance. Place was dirty looking. My order was not ready. Mariah asked if I had a phone order I said yes and gave my name. 5 more mins later another Barista asked to see my phone. Order still not completed. I had to leave. Waited a total of 15 minutes for a phone order. Never received. Charged 11.00 no credit. No refund. Just gave away $. Do not go here.

Very very slow drive thru the day I visited. It was around 3pm, not usually a busy time but it took over 30 minutes to get thru. The person I dealt with was very pleasant. Hopefully they are just training new staff and it will get better.

Ordered Venti Iced Cafe Americano with 2% milk. Was handed drink missing the milk. I handed the drink back to woman at the drive-thru. She said she doesn’t take drinks back to remake! What kind of Starbucks is this? Hands me milk in my car for me to fix her botched drink?

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It was 6:15am and didn’t seem too busy yet the place looked like a mess- melted ice all over the counter, milk and coffee all over the counters, etc. and that makes sense why when when got handed our food bags by a very sweaty woman that there were fingerprinted coffee spots all over it dripping from the bag. Our food was lukewarm. We had a mobile order so we expected to walk in and pick it up, but instead I had to wait on someone to get to me in line to then ask me what I had and find my mobile order for me- could have just ordered at the counter at that point. The saving grace here was that the coffee tasted as it should.

Wish I could give a better review but, I have gone here three different times now and each time I asked for less ice, two times I ignored it, but this time I let them know I asked for less ice, it even says it on the cup. They remade the drink except now it was missing the sweetener. It was so bitter I added my own stevia to it. This place use to have it together and the staff was way friendlier. I get that during this time that things are hard and overwhelming, but, I guess, I just had higher standards for Starbucks Yucca Valley. I miss what it use to be.

The lady working her took her sweet time cleaning the rest room coming back and forth knowing that u need to use it… i told her i will wait coz i am also waiting for my order, even then she informed me 3 times to use the restroom at Deltaco near by where its gross.. i spent my money to buy Starbucks coffee i deserve to use the rest room, i need to travel 2 more hours before i can get another restroom.. looks like customer service in this Location is not a priority!!! She said i need to wait 15 minutes but looks like it’s almost half hour now… i would never come back and order in this Location, it’s just ridiculous!

Tasty drink, rude woman taking orders. The rest of employees behind the counter were really nice and talking friendly to our group and with each other. The woman behind the counter was short and kept shutting down what our group was ordering with “we don’t have that” without offering suggestions or telling us what they do have. In fact, 3 of the 4 members of our group ended up not ordering anything because she was so rude and they felt uncomfortable while trying to figure out what to order. I wish her the best as I know we are all going through hard times and it may just have been a bad day. Maybe drive thru is a better experience at this location.
