Came to get some lighters got some a few days ago but they immediately went out from having no gas in them and then when I come today I I wasn't able to buy any because I didn't have my ID on me even though I had other proof online and I live a good two miles away and I have to take the bus. When I asked if it was possible for me to get a dollar discount since that's how much it is to get back

The service is always excellent. The food many times is either not done cooking and/or has been sitting out too long i.e, stale or too hard. The store cleanliness is a 7 out of 10 mostly because the area by the fountain drinks tends to be dirty and/or messy.

I am actually surprised that this 7-11's is above 1.0 stars, it is only because you can not give zero or negative stars. The place is filthy, there lots of products that are out or damaged from laying on the floor. The cashier was sitting on a box or something really low and when I asked about fountain drink lids, her response was if they are not then we are out. Another customer told me where they were. My wife recommended Kum&Go across the street, but I thought it would be easier to go to 7-11 since it was our side of the road. I have this place more than a couple of chances, well no more. Next time, I will go to Kum&Go!

_ abusive employee _ worst 7-11 store in entire U.S. _ im a truck driver drive to 48 States _ everytime when i come to this 7-11 store something happen and always clerks either goof off, tells customers to go to other store if dobt like this store, or even today, store closed. Clerk is outside and store is closed.. wow ..

I went into buy a coffee and a vape pen. It should not have been an issue but the cashier treated me with open hostility. When I asked basic questions I was scolded. Maybe she didn't have a good morning and decided I was a good vent for her frustration. Terrible service on this morning.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The service is horrible. They can’t tag any item right. The pricing is all off but they refuse to take any responsibility. They will not honor the prices they have on the shelves. Happens frequently. And then if you call them out on it or ask questions they lash out and make excuses. They refuse to wear masks and get inches from your face (no exaggeration, wish I could pull their video footage) to shout at you when you ask a question about how much something is because obviously their incompetence can’t allow them to tag their shelves correctly.

The girl working there was talking on her phone with a personal call on speakerphone the entire time, with multiple customers. The most clueless and rudest behavior I have ever seen from a clerk Saturday 11/27 3pm

Just was told they didn't have 31¢ to give me back my change. Being that it was getting crowded I felt rushed and left. However, before taking my cash maybe she should've been paying attention to me to tell me that before she snatched my cash out of my hands. I don't care if her Uber card works or not while I'm checking out at 7-11. The guy behind was nice enough to offer something extra if I needed it but then got just as upset when I said it was them that couldn't supply me with my change.

Not the best as far as employees. They are always busy talking to each other or the one guy that is always on his phone doing some telemarketing job or trying to explain how to troubleshoot something( not to his current customer but on the phone). Pretty bad in my experience. Nice building but that doesn't get you 5 stars. Oh and about 3:50 pm 11/19/16 which is today, I bought a banana so I could get cash off of my card because the ATM was broken. I open the banana and to my surprise the center of the banana looked as if blood was injected into it. I didn't eat it but am scared I almost gave it to my daughter. I took pictures of it and will post for people to see. Please check your food before you eat it and be safe!!
