Last august I moved down to NC and since then, I have had a lack of motivation to get myself to the gym. I saw an ad on Facebook for Cape Fear Boxing and figured, why not give it a try? Cape Fear Boxing reminded me how much I actually enjoy boxing and working out. The classes are quick and effective, in 6 weeks I lost 6 lbs of body fat! The coaches and community help to foster such a positive atmosphere and I can confidently say I look forward to working out at cape fear boxing every day- I even committed to a whole year after completing the 6 week challenge because I love seeing the results!

Before starting the 6-week women’s boxing boot camp I was struggling to find the motivation to work out. My activity level was minimal at best. In just 6 short weeks I was able to lose 11.3 lbs. of body fat with the support of the ladies in the class as well as the coaches. Cape Fear Boxing was the missing piece I needed to boost my self-esteem and become a better me overall. I was held accountable and now have a new healthy routine. Cape fear ladies boxing boot camp has been a lifesaver! After many years of trying to get back in shape and establish healthy habits for myself, I am so excited to have found the cape fear boxing program. Before starting the program, I was lost trying to figure out the best workout routines and meal plans. It was very overwhelming and there were a lot of non-starts. Cape fear changed that! After no results for years, in just 6 weeks I lost 3.7lbs of body fat! I was so amazed, I signed up for more. I love it because the workouts are planned, and I just get to show up and work. They also did the heavy lifting (pun intended) when it came to meal prep and planning. The cape fear team has collected and compiled easy-to-access resources to help you set up a meal plan that works best for you and your lifestyle. And the absolute best part of cape fear boxing is the awesome, passionate coaches and community of amazing women working along beside you. I very much look forward to going to classes to see new friends and hear the coaches cheer me on!! I want to send a huge thank you my coaches for pushing me in our workouts and being great mentors to me! I am in the best shape i've been in since high school (now 4 years ago) and today after running that 5k, really showed me that my hard work is really paying off and helping me achieve my goals. The workout classes not only have improved my strength, but also my endurance which played a huge role today. I Should have given this review ages ago but better late than never! Rasheed and Cape Fear Boxing is by far the best choice anyone can make if they’re looking to get fit, get motivation, confidence, or skill. It’s also a great place to make friends, join a new community, and learn how to push yourself to new levels! I joined for competition and I learned a ton, made a bunch of friends, and it really mentally and physically challenged. I recommend boxing to anyone whether they want to compete or just get fit, but if you’re going to do it, I definitely recommend you do it at Cape Fear Boxing!

Our family love this boxing place ! We’ve had our children in the youth program for a while now an our youngest was heavier an this program helped him lose weight! They absolutely love it! If you have the opportunity to be apart of this gym , do it ! Highly recommend!

I joined Cape Fear Boxing in May 2022 for the Ladies Fitness Challenges and I did not know what to expect but the ladies and coaches were so welcoming. Being around others who are supportive and also working towards their goals is so encouraging to want to work harder. The coaches are amazing, they're right by your side pushing you and even sometimes doing the workouts with you. I absolutely loved my time here and cannot wait to get back!

We found this gem of a Gym purely by Google. We are very new to boxing and had no idea what to expect. My son had grown several inches quickly and had become uncoordinated and stepped away from sports until someone suggested boxing. From the first two workouts we could already see a difference in his agility and coordination. In a month it was amazing the transformation physically and skill wise. But most importantly his confidence in himself became apparent. He walked taller and had a new self esteem that was amazing. I am in the medical field and was very observant about injury and safety for my son. I have no worries with the coaches they are in tune to ability and skill level and won’t put someone at risk. Prior to coming to Cape Fear Boxing my exercise routine was pretty much non-existent aside from walking my dog. I was starting to become more and more overweight and wanted to make a change. However, I am not a “gym person” I cannot stand them honestly. I knew I would not go to a traditional gym. I needed something that felt like a sport to me, and keep me interested. I saw Cape Fear Boxing’s ad online and it sparked my interest. I met with Coach, and wanted to give a shot. I am so glad I did. I am 21 days into my 6 week challenge, and I have already lost 6.4 lbs. of fat! I am so happy there. All of the staff, instructors, and Coach are so nice and so welcoming. I immediately felt like part of the group. The other participants are at all different skill levels and body types, so I didn’t feel like the oddball. Coming to Cape Fear Boxing has truly been life changing for me. I now go to class 3-4 times per week, and with their support I have also been able to change a lot of my bad eating/drinking habits. It has been amazing for me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in making changes to their life.

After being in quarantine for so long, I needed a new place to get back into shape. If you’re looking for a great way to not only build muscle, but also build community, you’ve found it! The coaches are incredibly supportive in whatever your fitness journey may be and will help you achieve the goals that you set for yourself. I highly recommend at least dropping in for a class to see what it’s like!
