Love to be able to go to a gym that does it all. I always feel motivated, cared for, safe, and energized when with this team, every staff member is beyond amazing, the classes keep me interested and sweating, the gym is spotless and smells fresh, I never feel crammed or overstuffed into a class. This place is the real deal if I could give it 10 stars i would. I have attended many gyms but this one is the only one that lives up to my high standards hitting all the different styles of workouts I like to do while also making you feel like family in a clean upscale environment. Everyone that experiences this place seems to get the same feeling and I am thrilled to be apart of a gym that makes me feel excited and motivated to work out and never down on myself. Before starting the 6-week women’s boxing boot camp I was struggling to find the motivation to work out. My activity level was minimal at best. In just 6 short weeks I was able to lose 11.3 lbs. of body fat with the support of the ladies in the class as well as the coaches. Cape Fear Boxing was the missing piece I needed to boost my self-esteem and become a better me overall. I was held accountable and now have a new healthy routine. O2 fitness has been fantastic for me and my wife the last 4 months. Chas has been my personal trainer and he has helped me tone up and improve my overall physical health considerably. He is personable, professional, and flexible with scheduling. All the Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always neat and clean and very well organized. O2 gives us many options and instructions on how to improve our health and well being. I very highly recommend O2 Fitness to anyone of all ages, I am 75 and they are getting me back to feeling great. ~James

Eliminated the small weight room that they had to make room for more after-school kid programs. After school programs for kids are great things to have but this eliminated a vital portion of a YMCA facility. The old weight room was lacking as it was but the new setup is practically useless. It's was great having a Y on this side of town. This is a great facility to shoot hoops or play pickleball but for strength training or self rehabilitation, not so much. ~hockeystop05
