O2 fitness has been fantastic for me and my wife the last 4 months. Chas has been my personal trainer and he has helped me tone up and improve my overall physical health considerably. He is personable, professional, and flexible with scheduling. All the Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always neat and clean and very well organized. O2 gives us many options and instructions on how to improve our health and well being.
