Went into the store at about 2:50 p.m. today with the Saturday had I had four scratch tickets I went to scan them right behind the cashier station walked literally 4 to 5 paces to the cashier so she could cash me out on them already knew what they were because I already had scanned them four tickets which three of them were for $20 and one for $40 took it to the cashier she blatantly told me that it was $80 then proceeded to tell me that I had only given her three tickets and look I understand everyone is going through something I know it's hard times for everyone even me too I play the scratch tickets in hopes of changing my life and the life of my family but my tickets and my winnings are mine....... And it just makes me think when there are cashiers that are doing this the people all the time not knowing one day they going to run into the very very wrong person and karma's going to meet them at the door so if so if your a customer that happens to be in the store and the cashier is getting a beating don't assume that the person that is beating them is in the wrong.....

Bought this Strawberry Lemonade Yoplait granola yogurt this morning (3-7-2022) and found actual small pebbles in it about 2/3 of the way into it. Suddenly I felt my tooth crack and what I spit out were a few small pebbles and found plenty more towards the bottom. Absolutely disgusting and harmful! Haven’t decided where to go from here, if anywhere, besides a meeting with the store manager. Everyone, please be very cautious with these prepared food products that are not securely sealed!!! I just want to add that this is my FAVORITE 7-eleven & why I bypass closer 7-eleven stores to go to this location is because it’s clean, pretty well stocked, well-organized, not over crowded and the workers are professional & personable. A lot of other stores give off a chaotic vibe when I walk in because there are products and displays everywhere facing every direction, making me feel cramped, anxious, I find my shoulders actually shift upwards next to my ears and I can’t wait to run back out the door most times without buying anything. When I ask for (or about) a product the guys at this shop always know how to direct me, even my questions about the app. I do not believe the issue regarding the pebbles in the yogurt has anything to do with this team.

So sick of going in to this gas station and the workers not paying any attention to the customers. There were 3 people ahead of me and the cashier did not say a word to any of them. I got to the counter and needed something behind the counter. I asked 5 times yes 5 times for the item but the cashier was too busy flirting with the 2 boys by the lotto machine. Didn't tell me the total no acknowledgement. This place apparently needs to have a babysitter on duty.

Update: I haven't seen a lot of the people I was talking about and the quality of service has gone down a bit. Nit completely, the tall guy with glasses is still there and he's always really nice and there was a younger new guy that was really nice, but it's been a little while since I seen him. Some of the other staff just don't live up to the others, so I regretfully had to update this.😓 If attitudes improve and people learn how to do their job, I will change it back. Til then, the rest if this review no longer holds true. (Unless 2 previously mentioned people are there)!/// I love this particular store! It is always clean, always stocked and all the employees are great people!! Steve will go out of his way to make sure you are happy and get everything you need. I feel bad that I don't remember her name, but there is a lady with short blonde hair who also goes out of her way to help customers. They all have great attitudes!! I have never been treated badly there and, now that I moved in the neighborhood, I am up there multiple times a week. If I were to move, I would go out if my way to continue coming to this 7 eleven. If any employee is reading this, thank you!! I don't say it enough to you guys. I hope corporate reads this!! They deserve recognition as I am not easy to please!!

I stop at this gas station all the time on my way to and from home and there have been little things here and there that are inconvenient about this "convenience" store such as one day at 7am on my way to work they couldn't do any transactions because there system was messed up, no problem. Come back after a 16 hr day..still couldn't do any transactions, no problem. But today I had an old guy at the register refuse to go back to the number screen to type my rewards points phone number in and he tells me after I asked him to let me type in real quick " next time". Thats about it for me. The guy with the glasses is a real good dude..but they need a customer service training asap. Smh.

Usually decent, but today there was only one guy working there... This guy turned multiple customers away while he ripped his cigarettes right at the front entrance. He was in no rush to get back to work, and he taunted people who wanted to make a quick purchase. Probably won’t be back here; this particular employee’s behavior was extremely disappointing.

I went there this morning to buy butane and the cashier refused the sale due to my age (18) because in his words “it is a tobacco product “ he was busy and I did not want to waste my time after trying to explain to him that butane is a lighter fluid not a tobacco product but I saw he had a line so I went to the Walgreens across the street to and had no problems. It was annoying just to see how uneducated they are on the new tobacco laws. I’m not coming back thanks.

I always treat people with utmost respect. I came in to cash in my winning scratch tickets that accumulated to 140.00 and I was shocked when she told me she couldn't give me the money because her shift "ended in 3 minutes." So I asked and apologized saying I didn't know this would be a problem. She replied with, "well I dont know what to do, I already dropped my cash for my shift." (With a laugh) I was not about to leave 140.00 behind so I waited for about 10 minutes and got my money thanks to the manager! I cant believe how rude some people are. I am just trying to get food for my son and she almost had me in tears..... what?! What kind of customer service is that?!
