Well, made a reservation for a Sat at 9:30.. got there about 9:40.. ask for $300 in Belize currency.. Rep said ok, let me check.. he checked.. said ok.. I then also told him, I had a reservation.. he checked,.. then tells me the person before me purchased all the Belize currency.. poor business.. might want to get your currency before you get to the airport..

I learned that I can’t get pesos in time for my trip since banks have to request other currencies and takes about 4-5 days to arrive, but I leave tomorrow! So I exchanged in the main terminal between security and immigration. The woman was very nice and straightforward. It’s a flat $10 fee for exchanging under $1000usd. The market rate was $1=19MX but their rate was $1=17.75MX. Idk if that’s good or not but I was in a pinch and don’t like relying on ATM’s in other countries. Overall good experience.

Nothing like getting to your destination and being able to pay for your cab ride to the hotel and first meals with the local currency instead of hunting down a money exchange and feeling unsafe puling out your cash. The airport is the ideal place to exchange when you leave and when you come home. They have a very friendly multilingual staff! I highly recommend this locally owned establishment!

I recently had the opportunity to exchange money at the DIA World Wide Money Exchange location - Concourse B. The agent greeted me warmly, she was professional and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will use again for future travels.

Buyer beware!! You know you will get ripped off for exchanging money in a foreign country, but rest assured Americans are the best at it. They may tell you it is only a $5 fee to exchange your money but that is just a distraction from the exchange rate they are giving you. They just charged me $60 + $5 fee to exchange $400. #asGreasyAsItGets

Avoid this currency exchange location. I have been lulled into the convenience of their location (at the airport) 3 times and have been significantly disappointed each time. I don’t write a negative review after just one experience with a business. I like to give people another chance to do better. This location has never done “better”. Each staff member I have encountered here has been unpleasant and unprofessional. On 2 of the 3 visits they did not have the currency I needed (Brazil and Norway, these are pretty common) and the one time they had the currency, the fees were more than double what my bank was charging. Save yourself to he headache and go to the bank. Learn from me and avoid the temptation to go here.

On my way to get married and honeymoon in Norway, I reserved Norwegian Kroner (about $1500 USD worth) for many miscellaneous expenses in the expectation of showering my bride with special treats. The money was reserved with World Wide Money Exchange about four days before my flight. I was ready to accept the 12.2% loss on my money by exchanging here as I had done my homework and felt it was worth the convenience and peace of mind. When I arrived at the main WWME station near security on the specified date, they did not have it. I was told that they could offer the full amount, but spread across three different stations to include two other DIA concourses and would only exchange the full amount if I went to each one. Further, each station would repeat the transaction fee at each station. After taking my cash behind the security window, the employee and her manager on the phone proceeded to invade my privacy by requiring my social security number and nature of my employment. Saying that it was a government requirement when the amount exceeded a certain limit, but would not disclose the limit amount (So, it’s less than just a part of $1500...seriously???). Seemingly holding my money hostage and myself with nothing to hide, I complied and exchanged just over $1,100 USD. I hope my personal information is secure, WWME. My wife reserved the same amount at a local bank and none of this personal information was taken. This was the most invasive and embarrassing experience that I have had in recent memory. I did not continue to the other stations for the remaining currency, but rather used ATMs in Norway that cost me just a tick over 1% Thank you for an oppressive, altogether horrible experience World Wide Money Exchange.

I recommend this company. Good customer service, they are well informed about the different markets. They gave me good advice regarding currencies they now accept in Mexico and I didn’t even know businesses there don’t take $100 bills, I exchanged pesos, Euros and British Pounds as well and had a very good rate. I do recommend them for your next currency exchange needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would... their exchange rate is not even close to what the actual current rate is... wish I'd done some research beforehand.... this company is a total scam!!! Exchange rates change daily, sure... but they aren't providing the true exchange rate (they charge much higher) and then tack on a fee, as well!! Will never use them again!! What a ripoff!

Very bad exchange rate for Euros. Website says "...exchange rates should be competitive and similar everywhere." Wait until you get to Europe to exchange currency. Current exchange rate should have been around 1.10 US but these guys used 1.30. They are tacking on a HUGE fee even if they claim they are not. Terrible!
