Victor Sandoval was awesome we came in for our regular IT drink and talked us out of it to try something different a Cheesecake and a Apple Pie they were awesome love his attitude and attention to other's will be coming back Great Job Victor

I had stopped in on a lunch break at work and had ordered a hot chocolate. While the young lady who was working made the drink well and handled working alone well, it took thirty minutes just to get my drink. Note to management: you really should have TWO baristas working at ALL times. To expect one barista to take orders AND make drinks is highly irresponsible as well as unsanitary. Please review and grow your staff.

Girls taking orders sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. Drinks took forever and came out wrong. We were the only customers there.

However today we go in the expresso machine is down and no hot coffees so I deal with that like ok everywhere has there moments but then the you get this girl barista who I ask a simple question and bites my head off literally. Sorry guys but this is the worst experience I've ever had in any Starbucks....

That's a good quality store. But I have to comment, on the comment, about the whip. Considering the amount of drinks to go through that place...to not remove the whipped cream as requested,
