I go through this drive through at least 3 times a week, for the past couple yrs now... Last week I had to go in to the store because of the construction in the driveway. Welllll let's say I waited over 10 min the barista called everyone's name to let them know their drink was ready.. when it came to mine she said "white mocha" and slipped it to the end of the counter.. the drink was hot so I assumed it wasn't mine since I asked for Iced white mocha.. as I was Standing there I started to think that has to be mine since I'm still the only one standing here and people behind me already getting their drinks. I walked up and seen my name on the hot white mocha 🙄 I said oo excuse me this was supposed to be an iced one.. she snatched out of my hand and made it ice.. My thing is that if the barista would of called my name like the others then I wouldn't have waited as long as I did. Or even if she asked what I was waiting on I wouldn't of stood there as long. She didn't acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. She didn't bother to help me.. I really wish there was another Starbucks around, I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE. At this point I'll never go inside again, I usually go through the drive thru and it has always been a great experience.

It’s a Starbucks. Newer building though and outdoor seating not right near a main road.

I love this store-- it opens very early, and there is nothing like sitting outside, sipping a coffee, and seeing a spectacular view of Downtown Denver. I happened to get the wrong coffee in the drive-thru today, but it was no biggie. When I went into the store to switch it for a different one, they not only brewed me a fresh pot of coffee, but they gave me a gift card for another cup.

Ignore the previous review as this person obviously does not frequent this location. This is how you franchise a Starbucks. The staff remembers customers and expertly make drinks without error. Although there is often a line, it moves quick which reveals a well-learned system. There is noticeable difference in this Starbucks and I prefer it over others in the area. Thanks Team!

Sean was a delight he was so well mannered and respectful taking my order. You are the best! And it was my puppy's first puppicino and he enjoyed it so much. Everyone at this Starbucks is always so nice warm and welcoming.
