Big supermarket with tons of options, but despite the produce looking very good, it was not tasty once we got it home. The baby carrots didn’t taste like anything and the cucumbers were odd tasting. Also, the toiletry prices were quite high with a small hand lotion running ~$6-8 and deodorant ~$8 each.

Always find what I need from a grocery store. Has a Starbucks indoor coffee shop. The staff is always smiling, knowledgeable and friendly. They feel like family.

Swung by the city market to pick up a few groceries since we are in town. The store had a mix of enhancements, from light up battery displays to tv end caps in pharmacy, in addition to modern self checkout kiosks. I couldn't help but feel like I was stepping into the 90s though with the color scheme and old fixtures. The store was empty in certain areas (like deli and bakery area) and the full in other areas (like cosmetics and toiletries). The drinks aisle was pretty bare and there were pallets of goods stacked throughout the store when we visited. Luckily, they had just what we needed for this trip. There's also a pharmacy, Starbucks, money services desk, and a floral area. We used self checkout and were in and out in no time.

For anyone vacationing from the Midwest and reading this, the store is Kroger and even takes your Kroger card. The prices are pretty much the same as any other location.

For the last two months, many common products are unavailable. Stock is stacked on pallets in the aisles. Deli has not been open for two weeks. Very disappointing, since it had been a great store.

So for those that are traveling to the Granby area definitely go in the morning for your groceries. The store opens at 6 am so go before 10 am and you will get everything you need. Unfortunately after 7 pm most of the shelves will be empty during their busy seasons in the summer and winter. They do the best they can with the staff they can get but it is hard to match the demand of their tourist seasons

This store can be beyond frustrating. Today is was at store at 6:15 am and because they never have enough help, there are boxes everywhere that I had to dodge. After shopping an hour, when I went up front to go thru the register, there were none open, just self checkout. When asked if someone could check me out, was told the person was unloading product in the back. I had to check out my own groceries. My total bill was over $200! This took me over 20 minutes to check all the items and bag them. This is totally unacceptable. Groceries are expensive enough without having to go thru what I had to today. I go to Evergreen frequently so I will be doing shopping there from now on.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Lady at self checkout I believe Holly please stop yelling at customer and be rude in front of other people and your manager. I may suggest that people with poor attitude should be stocking shelves if they are not willing to be polite and helpful to customers

Never buy their strawberries. For the 10th time, because I must be a slow learner, I bought their strawberries. Again 3/4 of the package was totally rotten inside. They were either frozen or old. I live quite away from the store so returning isn’t an option. This store is basically a hot mess. Needs a remodel. Old and dirty. Never enough help. The deli counter is usually closed. The pharmacy tech is a crab. I am going to Safeway in Winter Park from now on.

We stayed on Grand Lake and this grocery store was our go-to for everything! The produce was super fresh, friendly staff and the store was well stocked. We found everything we needed. They also have a Starbucks inside the store.
