Instead of approaching the adult in a situation. The employee on hand rudely addressed the minor. We're aware that some locations will not accept minors. It is hit or miss; however, I have never had an employee address only the minor at hand while being so dense. The issue is not the policy, rather the tone or actions of associates. The associate had called us into the office, talking down from the beginning. She could've just calmly stated, "No minors at this location.". I.e.:( The odd roleplay I had mentioned before. Never had an issue with the policy.)

I was looking for personal training but couldn't get anyone to respond. It took 3 weeks to get an answer. Said weather played a role in the response time. Its Colorado! We get snow and ice regularly and it doesn't effect every other business like that. I even tried stopping by the gym last Wed but nobody was available. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional!

Nicole runs a great gym set up that is clean, professional, and well kept! The equipment is always in great shape and I have never seen a piece of equipment out of use in the 16 months of going to the Milliken Anytime Fitness. I thoroughly enjoy this facility!

All of their trainers and staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I've had a number of interactions with the owner and not a single one has been negative. When covid shut down the gyms across Colorado, the trainers began posting workouts on the gym's Facebook page and even loaned equipment out to members so we could continue to focus on fitness while things were shut down. If you utilize the Anytime apps or Myzone, they continued to interact with their members and encourage progress. They also suspended all membership fees for the months of April and May. This was not the case with other gyms in the area. They really went above and beyond when they didn't have to. To me, that is a sign of great leadership and dedication through adversity.
