Love the fantastic staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Taking great care of your pets is a little expensive but the staff is very understanding.

Loved this vet the first couple of years, then they got bought out. Worst customer service and the lack of caring about one’s situation is beyond comprehension. I will drive out of my way to take our pets to a caring vet from now on. There is more to a good vet besides making money.

They treat my two girls like family. Been going here for 10 years. My dog has a chronic condition and she acts like a puppy still. About half price of other vets.

We have been taking our pets here for over 10 years and have recommended them to everyone we know. When we first started going here they were wonderful! Over the past couple of years the quality of care and customer service/appreciation has taken a decline. We stayed with them hoping they would improve. We have an 8 week old puppy that is whimpering in pain and unable to urinate, I called to get her in to be seen. The receptionist had no regard for the situation and told me that they would not be able to get her in for 2 weeks but acknowledged the fact that this is considered urgent. Had she at least offered to have a Dr call me back or try to help at all it would have made a difference but nothing. Considering our level of loyalty and patience we have had with this clinic all of these years, not to mention the significant amount of $$ we have spent- it was a huge slap in the face to be turned away from a place we have trusted for so long. We will not be returning due to the fact that I have lost all faith in the level of care and regard they are providing!

Both of my parents were in the hospital when there little guy got sick. We knew it was his time so we took him for one last visit. Then took him to VCA. THEY WERE SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. Thank you all for your thoughtfulness when our little Juan cross the rainbow bridge. You made this experience a little more bearable!!!

My fur children & myself have always had great experiences. Very attentive and caring. I love that they have a welcome chalk board with all the new patients names in it. Super cute idea.

We put our 14 year old visla down today. Dr. Lor and staff were so incredibly compassionate. They explained everything thoroughly and we didn't feel rushed a single bit. Thank you for helping us through this process 💖

This vet was so amazing. We have a 2yo GSD with fear aggression. Our last vet wanted us to pump her full of sedatives and leave her there in a strange place all day. We have been working with a trainer to socialize our pup and get her past her fear aggression. Our trainer was very against the vets idea of a drugging her and leaving her for an appointment. VCA Millikin came highly recommended. The front office, the vet tech and the vet herself were all very nice and worked with me and her. They let her get comfortable before taking vitals. Their level of care and commitment was so incredible. I am so happy to have found a vet willing to work with me and my dog while we get her through this. Thank you especially to Sherrie and Dr. Precht!

We had a really hard time finding a friendly, schedule accommodating vet anywhere. Hard to believe.Just a bunch of bad experiences until we met a couple shopping and they had highly recommended VCA Milliken. We had tried 3 other Vet offices before finding VCA Milliken. Absolutely blown away by the professionalism we have experienced so far. So thankful I can bring my puppy somewhere and we both feel welcomed to be there. Our vet is wonderful and really took the time to answer all of our puppy questions. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here and feel it’s well worth the drive. Very personable staff and great Vet! Thank you VCA Milliken I really appreciate the care you have provided us!
