Anne was very helpful during my inquiry process. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and professional while I figured out what I wanted. When it came time to order she was great and helped me find the exact ATV I was looking for. When I picked up the bike everything was ready and I was given a full walk-through on all the features and they even helped load it on my trailer. This is a great dealership and you will not be disappointed doing business with them.

Bought a brand new 2020 Polaris off the showroom floor in Aurora before moving to the area. We went over all the maintenance and parts with the dealer before loading it into our truck and driving to our new home outside Woodland Park. Everything on the ATV was brand new and in perfect shape, including the factory installed battery. We brought the ATV into Pike's Peak twice for scheduled maintenance. The second time we brought it in the guy was rude and dismissive and kept it for almost 3 weeks. When we finally got it back it, it didn't seem like anything was done to it. A few weeks later, the battery died. When I removed the battery, I found it was an old non-Polaris heavily used battery from 2016! When we brought it in, it had a 2020 Polaris battery. Thanks for stealing my battery and costing me $100 on top of your lousy service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We purchased a new 2022 1000 Turbo RZR from these guys and they were so amazing. The customer service was outstanding. They added the extras that we needed really fast and made the entire process so easy. They were extremely knowledgeable and while I was there, I heard them speaking with new unexperienced riders and they were so spot on with the information that they gave. Anne, you and your dad were so amazing. Thank you for such great service. And if you get the chance, stop by and check out Anne's new ride. It's off the charts.

Son wrecked our ATV. Took it to Pikes Peak Polaris. Much better option than hauling it all the way to Colorado Springs. Was treated fairly and the repair job was great. Will deal locally from now on.

I am surrounded by off-road vehicle dealerships in the Denver area with large lots and plentiful staff, yet I drive almost 2 hours one-way to Pikes Peak Polaris because of Jeff and Anne. They are friendly, knowledgeable and make every request a reality and every problem a distant memory. When I call, Jeff or Anne answer, when I text or email, Anne answers. It's incredible how ever-present their sense of ownership and level of customer service is. You just can't buy that kind of relationship-building dedication these days. I've purchased three vehicles from them and every one of the transactions was smooth and easy. The first purchase could have been a mess given the ECM failed while loading the unit in the trailer. Problem? Not the slightest. Gave it a couple weeks and when the Polaris factory didn't have a replacement ECM, I grabbed a different unit from Jeff and Anne. Paperwork mess? Yep! Problem? Not for Anne! She's amazing. I've bolted on lights and kits to my units and Jeff has been patient and helpful in walking me through every single one. Heck I even bought a light bar and connector from them for my skid steer! That's how easy to work with they are. Always and pleasure, always a treat, Pikes Peak Polaris can't be beat! Thanks Jeff and Anne!

I read a few bad reviews about this place and figured that the people posting must just be “snowflakes”. This business treated me exceptionally well from the first visit to my final purchase of a new Ranger. I love that they are a family run business (father and daughter team). I shopped other locations much closer to my home but didn’t get close to the personal attention that these folks delivered. It took me a year of looking and visiting different dealers but knew this was going to be the place I purchased from upon my initial visit. Thanks for a great buying experience Jeff and Anne!!
