How is this place still in business? Save your money and go elsewhere!! My husband purchased flowers for valentines day from this "Florist" and had them delivered to our home. He purchased a rose and lily arrangement that he saw a picture of online which looked full and beautiful. What we received was far from the picture, skimpy and flowers half dead. On top of this, the delivery driver left the flowers outside on a 15 degree day without wrapping them up or protecting them with a box... they just flat-out left flowers in a vase on our doorstep. The flowers and water were frozen solid by the time we got to them. I normally don't post reviews but this was unacceptable. Please save your time and money and do not order from this place.

The worsttt florist shop ever! The worst service. I choose the flowers in the yellow vase and they sent the uglier flowers i've ever seen. The order arrived very late, not on the birthday date. Definitely i'm not ordering anymore in this shop! Shame on you!

Very disappointed in the quality and service. Was supposed to have same day delivery, didn’t happen! Was supposed to have an Anniversary balloon didn’t have it! (Supposed to be for my son and daughter-in-laws 1st wedding anniversary)Looks nothing like the arrangement I had ordered, looks like they just threw a bunch of flowers into a vase and called it a day! I have never been so embarrassed and ticked off for the cost and the quality received!

VERY DISAPPOINTED ,........ with the quality of service and time! DO NOT WASTE your money, you will regret it and so is the person receiving flowers. My friend overseas paid tons of money with credit card and extra fees to make sure the arrangement was a good one and to be delivered on time ! Total disappointment , The flowers came a day late despite the extra charge paid as they promised. You will not be able to get a hold of anyone leaving msg after messages, no return call back yet , when they finally got delivered next day the arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the web , complete opposite, i will put both pics for comparison !! Awful !!!! Flowers were limp, decaying.... and falling off! I have never ever seen such poor quality in my life! Flowers looked like the delivery guy just picked them up on the street on his way here and plopped them together! I still have not heard back ! i am so upset i demand a reimbursement! Absolutely awful!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

I received a bouquet of flowers from my children on 05/13/20, from Elegant Orchids via one of the 1- 800-Flower brokers. My children are heartbroken to see the small, haphazardly, arranged bouquet that was sent after ordering a large-sized, elegant, mixed bouquet online. What they believe they had ordered was an arrangement of at least 6 red roses, 2 or more purple roses, lilies, button flowers, etc. What arrived was a handful of 2 short-stemmed roses, 3 to 4 stems of astromerius (? sp), 2 stems of wilted yellow flowers similiar to daisies, 1 wilted pink carnation and 1 dead, unidentifiable, purple blossom. There was no water in the vase, which looked to have tipped over in transit and no plant food packet. None of the excess greenery was removed from the lower stems and the stems were not freshly pruned. Truly the bouquet was not as thoughtfully arranged as those I have received when my 3 -to-6 yr old grandchildren have picked the flowers from the fields. What is most heartbreaking is to know that my children had been thoughtful to try to support a local business, while paying top dollar for their gift, only to have been duped by this florist. Businesses such as the non-elegant, ELEGANT ORCHID SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT THEIR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS THROUGH ONLINE SERVICES!!!! If they cannot provide suitable service, which judging from my own and other recent reviews, Elegant Orchid cannot, then they NEED TO CEASE OPERATIONS AND STOP TRYING TO STEAL OTHERS' HARD EARNED DOLLARS THROUGH FRAUDULENT SERVICES! My children are working on getting a refund of their monies as well as attempting their 800-Flower service to remove Elegant Orchids from their listing of available florists. SHAME, SHAME, ELEGANT ORCHIDS! You've given a bad taste to the community trying to support local businesses!

They will send you old wilted flowers the first time with a--WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR FLOWERS. Then when you call and tell them your flowers were a disaster they replace it. My new one are still diue. So old flowers on somewhat time and the fresh promised flowers still pending .Sounds pretty elegant orchids florist to me. 💅#GOODOLDCHESHIRE
