The recipient was not home at the time of delivery and Jay was so nice and called me and asked if he should try again later since it’s 100 degrees outside. He redelivered later on when she was home. Excellent customer service.

Had a great experience with my order! I ordered for my father and step mom because they had lost their dog recently. They were heading out of town, which I didn’t realized until after I ordered. I ordered an arrangement the day before I wanted it delivered. I didn’t know my friend was going to be out of town for a week so they rescheduled the delivery with her (I put her phone number down in case). Thank you to Edible Arrangements for doing that - it definitely made me a happy customer. Will definitely order again from them.

We received an arrangement in January after my father-in-law died. Upon delivery, the driver hit our mailbox, which was reported by someone else in the neighborhood. We called the store the next day and were told that the driver admitted to hitting it. We completely understand that accidents happen and were very appreciative that the driver took responsibility. The manager of the store stated we would get a call from the district manager and that they would "take care of it." Over the last 6 months, I have called the store over a dozen times yet no resolution. I continue to get the run around and no one ever calls me back. The lack of consideration and communication with us is bothering me more than the mailbox. If you want to use Edible Arrangements, I suggest another location.

Called in the morning and the tray was delivered within a few hours. Delivery man was kind and courteous; he even said Happy Birthday to my Aunt. Delicious product and always puts a smile on the recipient’s face. Edible Arrangements is always a big hit in our family.
