I visited this store because it was recommended by a friend, and I never regretted it. The highlight of my visit was their very juicy discounts. I was able to get a pair of Dunlop sneakers at great discount. The staffers are so nice and courteous too. It’s definitely a return visit for me. This store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. Looked for sandals for my family all day than stopped at bobs and there was a sale and we were all able to find a pair or 2 so a good day at bobs

I just found out that ALL returns are store credit or exchanges only. You cannot get your money back even if you go back the next day with a receipt. You can only exchange or get store credit. That and the misleading coupons (25% off your entire purchase) where basically everything is excluded. I would love to support a local brick and mortar store over Amazon but Bob's is forcing me to take my business elsewhere with these bad business practices. Bye bye Bob's stores.

Only one sales representative and a long line of customers waiting. But, people were patient and lucky that we live in CT. Where people pay for what they buy unlike those grab and run Democrat states.

We had a very comfortable shopping experience. With the Christmas rush it is very busy but the employees are fast and capable. They still have a great selection for 3 days before Christmas and the store is well kept.

OMG. 1st the customer service the employees are so nice, and welcoming. The deals are incredible 25% off things I'm a member so I can't wait for my birthday to come around so I can catch those extra discounts on the best stuff.

Love this place. But limited selection of black hiking boots. Not there fault I'm size 14. Lol. Ended up with Timberland. They cupon was not valid for Timberland

Nice, spacious well organized store. Found a shoe similar to what I was looking for, only the brand I bought was excluded from 25 percent off storewide sale. Also a BD gift for my brother and after I got home I realized the 28 day return policy was going to be up before his BD so I had to give it to him early. Was unsure if he would be happy since it was not his usual brand. Now have no surprise for him! Feel kind of cheated between the excluded brand and the short time period for returns.

For some reason this is the only place i can find a good selection of footware in extra wide 4EEE, having wide feet is always a challenge finding anything that fit, but i was able to find sneakers by " New balance" that were wide and didnt hurt my feet. Bobs stores have been closing lately so I dont know the future of this retailer.

According to Their flyer , $69.00 sneakers were on sale for $39.00.My husband found a nice pair that fit well. BUT, when we got to the cashier she said these particular ones were not on sale. I had their flyer and showed her that the sneaker box said $ 69.00 . She informed us only certain ones were on sale.As this was Not indicated in the flyer we Never went back.
