This place was one of my favorites when it first opened. The waitress we had was great but the rest of the staff was awful. The kitchen was slow and the food took forever to get out. It shouldn’t take an hour for a pulled pork, bacon cheeseburger, chicken fingers and a Caesar salad. And ironically the salad took the longest. Too bad the new owners have ruined a once great place.

Stopped here for breakfast with my grandson after a 3 day BSA Scouting camping event. I live in Norwich, have frequented this establishment many time under previous management. Service was very SLOW. Food was sub par and expensive. Waffles were leather. Coffee was weak. Tater tots are what they call hash browns. My grandson, summed it up the best as we got back into the car when he said, "I told you we should gone to McDonalds.' And that folks is the truth. We will not be back.

Very impressed and surprised. This place was so busy tonight, a Friday. The chicken Oscar, which is chicken and lobster with broccoli and mozarella in a lemon butter sauce,was fantastic. Drinks were delicious. The garlic bread with alfredo and blue cheese was to die for. Sweet potato fries, although admittedly frozen by the waitress, were so good. I was really surprised with the quality of the food. My husband, with years as a chef, noted that although the kitchen was very quiet, it's a good thing. It means the cooks are focused and good at what they do. The kitchen is open and you can see them cooking. Food was flying out like crazy but the back was so calm. Nice experience. The only thing amiss was they forgot my salad which was a $3.00 upcharge. When I mentioned this upon paying my bill, they comped my salad but still gave me one to go with our leftovers. Very generous portion, could only finish half my plate. We are very happy!

The food is delicious and tastes very fresh. All the staff are very attentive and kind. The new owner is very nice and welcoming. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE HOT KITTY FRIES! They are out of this world as well as the tuna melt which my husband loves.

Not being familiar with the area or this restaurant, we picked it as an alternative to eating at the casino (we were going for a concert). Googled it and decided to give it a shot, I wish we didn’t. The 1 star reviews are pretty spot on, the food is extremely over priced, and just …eh. My wife and I both got chicken panini sandwiches, not horrible, not great. The service was very slow and we were one of only two tables in the entire restaurant. The waitress never returned to check on us after finally bringing our food. After an hour I had to get up to get our check and pay our bill. Unfortunately will not be returning, the whole experience was disheartening.

Tried to sit outside on the patio with my puppy, whoever the chef was, was rude as can be. I’ve eaten outside with my dog before and he said no animals were allowed. First outside dining restaurant that’s ever made a complaint about this. I enjoyed the food here but it’s a shame because the man wanted to talk disrespectfully about the situation that I will never return. Maybe he should stay behind the counter cooking cause clearly he doesn’t know how to respect your guests.

First time visiting here we got the Italian burger,Reuben sandwich and nachos which were the best nachos I’ve ever had. Everything was amazing. Definitely going to be visiting again.

I really enjoyed coming to this spot because it had amazing food. I was really happy about it but the only thing that bothered me was I asked for a drink that was supposed to be for two and they still made it for two and charged me the full amount. Funny place with all the cats, but the food is delicious. Had both takeout and dine in and both were a great experience! If you’re looking for great pizza, drinks and other yummy meals - this is the place! And if you like cats you’ll enjoy it a bit more haha
