Although by appearance, it doesn't seem like a fitness center due to size it's a nice place to get your regimens in and out. Of course depending on days and times which is a plus when you want to do your workout. The pool is nice and large that is heated so you aren't freezing when swimming and enjoying it whether your booked for a personal workout session or swim time with the family. They have few treadmills and ellipticals which might make you worry if they will have one available but they usually do because this place is a nice find. One of the great things about this place though is it's family oriented. Sign your kid up for swimming classes or some gymnastics (signed my girl up for both) to keep them moving and have fun. Kids pool parties can be booked which is so cool because they can have fun in the pool and even have a party. They provide the area, time in the pool supervised, and a decent amount of area for the party. Food and such is not provided so you are in charge of those. They have lots of different classes and even camp for the young ones. Or heck a job as a camp counselor. The owners are very kind and ran by them which I adore. Only reason I have it a 4 and not a 5 star is because it's a bit run down but still a great establishment. Come by and support this place. You really don't regret it. Update as of 04/28/2022 I have recently been going due to my daughter going back to swimming lessons. The place somehow seems more bright and updated in certain areas that I've been. The ceiling of the pool area has been replaced with a higher dropped ceiling. The updated led lights make things bright and very welcoming.

We love this place! Diane is amazing! She is patient and keeps my kid focused while he learns to swim. This place is family oriented.

Horrible summer camp for your kids. Used to be amazing but they have gone down hill tremendously. Counselors don’t watch the children at all, and they allow bullying to go on. Then they will pick and choose which kids to blame. The owner doesn’t want to address the major problems. She would rather pretend it’s not her staff.

I took a 5 yr old who didn’t want her face under water and had taken swimming lessons since age 1 at other places and at Koinonia she was swimming under water after just 4 months of lessons and is still a year and a half later learning new swimming skills!

Had an AMAZING time with the family at the pool! I was so so so impressed with how clean and tidy EVERYTHING was. The pool area was so organized and cutely decorated beyond my wildest dreams. I loved my experience there and am looking forward to making it a regular activity!

Kids have been taking lessons for years at Koinonia. I love the instructor - has a wonderful way with my kids. Affordable private lessons with flexibility. Happy to be part of supporting local business!

Daughter has been taking swim lessons for years here and loves it. Is a little bit of an older gym, but it's cheap and has tons to offer
