The customer service was great in the beginning but I ended up leaving disappointed. I found a pair of shoes I loved that they were selling for roughly $140. My girlfriend wanted to see if anyone had her size online so she looked them up and discovered Nike was selling them for roughly $80 in my size. I asked an employee if they would price match and the man said “I’m pretty sure they can, just go to the register and they’ll apply it for you.” When I got there and mentioned it, the woman brushed my request off and said they don’t do price matches. I understand the man said “pretty sure” but if he didn’t know he should have just said that. I ended up ordering them for Nike for $85 after tax and free shipping.

I like Foot Locker . Staff is very nice and professional. I like the selection of sneakers. Also the apparel . I'm disappointed that they will not carry Nike sneakers anymore.

Terrible customer service!! Went in the store four times in one hour and the only time one of the 5 salespeople stopped their personal conversation to help is when I ASKED him for help. I just went and bought the shoes elsewhere.

Worst place ever I don't why someone will treat a customer without respect and lies while without customers no store. Save your self some time shop online hiring team did not do a good job. Stay away.
