I was so excited to come here and try out the food as I was on a work trip. I was seated outside and for over 30 minutes, no one took my food or even drink order. People who were seated next to me ate and left. Another couple came much after I did and were seated with order taken right next to me. I left after 45 minutes. I didn’t even get water. Terrible service. I know the exact timing because of my Lyft drop off and pick up time. Wasted money

I've been eating here sometimes for a year now and I've always forget to review because we rummage the food first before taking a picture lol. It's always so nice to go here because food are so good and service is always so good. I always get my favorite drink, a Mai Tai. Chicken wings are so good, it tastes so fresh and tasty. I will always come back to try more food.

Stopped in for lunch. Was quickly seated. Enjoyed the Cobb Salad with chicken. Place was clean and not overly crowded. Parking is small, but spots were available in the upper lot. Staff were friendly and food came out fairly quickly. Love the BBQ chicken pizza they make, but did not get it this time.

This HAS to be one of the best places in the area. The food is phenomenal, but the best part is the staff. Do yourself a favor, and stop by this place.

We tried this restaurant because it was. Our anniversary and the wife wanted to try a new place. Glad we did. My wife had the salmon with a couple sides and I chose the fish and chips. I would have to say this was excellent. The service was excellent and we also ordered the bruschetta appetizer which was also excellent. The service again was great. They checked on you, brought your food out. Left you alone the right amount of time. We definitely will be going back to this restaurant. Second visit and just as great add some photos of the great food

The drinks were super and I had three different pizzas during my stay. Friendly stay with personality. Ambience and design added so much more warmth to the place. This place is my go-to if I travel back up here again.

We recently went to Tunxis Grill on a lovely Saturday afternoon. We loved everything about this place. Our server was really nice and took good care of us. We had French Onion Soup, Salad, Pasta and Calzone.

We had a great time dining at this restaurant! Everyone was friendly from the hostess to our server at the bar. She was a little busy and took some time to get back to us but we could tell she had a few extra folks on her hands. Nonetheless she was excellent and we found the food and drink to be fresh, tasty, And worth it. Definitely recommend.

Tunxis has an amazing drink selection and even better food. Not too often will you find a place that serves up a delicious specialty pizza AND nails a filet mignon. The French onion soup was one of the better ones I have ever had and the slice of blueberry cheesecake made me forget how full I was. If I am ever in Hartford area again, this place will be a must revisit
