Tried to get a spot here. Had a reservation to speak with someone. Gates wide open, no one on property to speak with and no return calls. Good luck getting or keeping people renting from you. Property shoddy and unsecure. Office closed from the street side and unidentifiable from the other side. Looks closed and abandoned.

Nice to see someone cares about this local staple again! This place has been in Taylor as long as I can remember, and had needed some love these last few years. Apparently, a local family took over earlier this year, and they're on a mission. Every time I drive by, they're upgrading something - adding gravel, putting up security cameras everywhere, adding a dumpster, upgrading the gate, cleaning the units and grounds, etc. They also seem to have the lowest prices I can find in the area. It's not fancy, but the bang for your buck is the best I've seen anywhere for a facility with security. I always try to support small, locally-owned businesses, and, after what these guys have put into it, I'm adding this one to my list. Good luck to the new owners - keep doin' your thang!
