I had someone hack into my phone and they got into my m&t app the next day I Walked from my job to the bank to get a new account. I got lost and called the bank I explained the situation to a woman who was more concerned with getting home on time then helping me she went as far as giving bad directions and hung up on me. I found the bank because of passerby. I was close to tears in the bank and she didn't care just kept saying I don't have the time to open another account Instead of just get a new m&t account I'm going to another bank

This branch is located inside a Crouse Hospital building. The office is clean and staff friendly. Lisa who helped me with opening an account was very courteous and professional.

Clean office. Exceptionally personable and professional staff. Really can't say anything bad about this branch. I visit at LEAST twice a day for my job and to be honest it's usually the high point of my day.
