Casual Marketplace has beautiful, high-quality patio furniture. I am really pleased with the furniture we purchased. Colleen is an exceptional salesperson and was extremely helpful--there was no pressure at all. Store has variety of unique and traditional winter holiday decorations. There is a beautiful assortment of outdoor furniture and fire pits, albeit outside of my price range, I will be there once I win the lottery. Customer service is great, helpful and friendly without being pushy.

This store has tons of very unique items all of which are very high quality. Everyone employee in the store is very helpful. I even called asking them to research a 4 year old purchase. The lady could not find it, but suggested I text a picture of my furniture and she would then research to see if they could still source it. Highly recommend this store.

This winter I purchased a great deal of patio furniture from Colleen at Casual Marketplace. She was fantastic to work with. I was putting in a very sizeable order and had done my homework so Casual Marketplace was one of about 3 stores that was providing me pricing on Casual Comfort (Recycled Plastic) brand patio furniture. Colleen was able to beat the other stores pricing and was very responsive. After I received my furniture I realized that I ordered the wrong size barstools and Colleen quickly got back to me and said that they would exchange the items for the proper size barstool. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Colleen and Casual Marketplace. I'm very happy with my furniture and my experience with the store. For anybody looking for recycled plastic patio furniture (same material as TREX and AZEK deck) Casual Comfort brand is by far the best looking and very well made.

Double the time estimates for delivery and you'll be fine. If you can't wait, buy what's available. Disappointed we don't have summer furniture in July. Nice selection. Very helpful staff, otherwise.

I am very satisfied with customer service at Casual Marketplace. We had an issue with wicker furniture purchased there and Patty took care of it completely. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. And we are! In this day and age, it's unusual to find a company that stands behind their brand. Casual Marketplace and Lane Venture did so and for that reason, I continue to be a happy customer.
