Came here for an engine light check and the guy spent literally almost a year with the car parked just wasting time while i was paying for Uber rides. I would call weekly and he would say it would be done by the next week. Definitely would not recommend if time is of the essence.

In town for a family funeral and the rear brakes on my wife's vehicle were grinding bad...suspect a stuck caliper. Living out of state we knew we wouldn't make it back home in its current condition. The last thing we wanted to do was go to one of the nearby tire/car repair chains as we have never been to one where they haven't tried to upsell on numerous unnecessary repairs. At the suggestion of a local we called Service World to see if we could get the brakes fixed at such short notice since we had to be on the road the following afternoon. Happily they told us they could have the fix done by non the next day. They had it done even earlier with no upsell and reasonable prices. Many thanks and kudos because good/fair service in the auto repair industry is a rarity.

Matt did a great job as usual. the service is second to none. one of the finest auto shops in town!It's hard nowadays to find a great honest mechanic that will take care of you in a timely manner as well. I've never had a complaint or a problem with any work.

The guy is a shmuck. Overbooks. He's trying to work on 100 cars at once. Rescheduled twice. Tried to do it a 3rd time. I told him thanks but, no thanks. I drove there 4 times and still never got the work done. I do not recommend him to put gas in your car. 👎👎👎👎

Fair, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Matt knows his stuff and well keep you safe. Does not force you to get unneeded repairs. Services and understands all brands. World not go any where else in the NEPA area. We have experienced many bad mechanics.
