Incredibly disappointed. I purchased a brand new Epiphone but it was cracked so I took it back and paid more for a custom Epiphone when I got it home I found out one of the volume knobs were broken the sound was terrible and it would just keep turning beyond max volume, so I took it back to be fixed as I didn't see anything I wanted. I should have just got a full refund because the kid dropped it when I handed it over to be repaired and when I got it back again it still wasn't fixed if anything the knob is now worse and looser than before and it has nice dent in it from being poorly handled, I wouldn't recommend this store at all.

Unfortunately, this particular location has turned into your local guitar shop.. (actually id prefer the local shop!) When they came to the area, it used to be a cool place to go.. nowadays, its half empty, things the website tells you are there, arent actually there. (Probably why it takes 24hrs to fulfill an online purchase to pickup) they don't accept "tap to pay", cant scan QR codes for digital payment, and haven't updated the place since they opened. Go to your local shop, or even Music go round, if you'd like to be helped by someone, or to a place that actually cares if you come back. Very sad... Used to be, I couldn't wait to go in there and see all the awesome gear! Nowadays, I get what i need, and cant wait to get outta there!

Last September I had my second mid life crisis and turned to music, I made the right choice. The Moosic Guitar Center is the best shop in the area. I've purchased a few times and the staff is just first class. There is no pressure and they are very helpful and honest with me. Sean is an incredible luthier and his set ups are a big reason why I'm enjoying this so much. Greg is also a very good instructor and has patience with an older guy like me. You won't go wrong here and if you do, they gladly work with you to get you in the right gear.

The live sound and DJ area is always empty. I have checked a few times over the last month for an item that is exclusively available right now only at Guitar Center and they never have it there to see or to purchase. As a mobile entertainer I don't want to say how many tens of thousands of dollars I've spent over the years there but but will not be purchasing from them anymore, I am so disappointed in this company in the direction that it has gone. I also ordered a light from musician's friend because it wasn't available at Guitar Center either and the light came in missing all kinds of parts as well as parts for the stand like someone stripped them, Turns out they're owned Guitar Center so I won't be doing business with them after spending tons of money their as well.

Talk about guys that know their stuff! Need a lesson, Greg is amazing! Knows how to show you the things you need to know. Equipment, i am still new to learning the music playing world but this place is mind blowing for the amount of equipment they have. Tons of beautiful guitars, i want another already! Thank you guys! Whole crew made sure I was well taken care of. Had my bass restrung, they did a great job and made sure I had it back quickly. Sean polished it up, gave me a great action set and I am thrilled to get back to playing again.

Huge assortment of bass guitars compared to their other locations usual variety on hand. They got me with that freshly traded in Zoom recorder. Now I can line in to the unit without any interference. Man, do I need more practice. Recommended store. Very helpful staff. Thanks!
