Came here for an engine light check and the guy spent literally almost a year with the car parked just wasting time while i was paying for Uber rides. I would call weekly and he would say it would be done by the next week. Definitely would not recommend if time is of the essence. ~Brian

This is not a wine shop, this is a wine county! They had such a big collection of wines. Arranged by taste, color, country and whatnot. They have a great collection of spirits as well. People were very courteous at the checkout counter. We ended up buying two bottles even though planning was for one; it just has a lot of wine to offer. They do not carry any sodas though. ~ADG

Unfortunately, this particular location has turned into your local guitar shop.. (actually id prefer the local shop!) When they came to the area, it used to be a cool place to go.. nowadays, its half empty, things the website tells you are there, arent actually there. (Probably why it takes 24hrs to fulfill an online purchase to pickup) they don't accept "tap to pay", cant scan QR codes for digital payment, and haven't updated the place since they opened. Go to your local shop, or even Music go round, if you'd like to be helped by someone, or to a place that actually cares if you come back. Very sad... Used to be, I couldn't wait to go in there and see all the awesome gear! Nowadays, I get what i need, and cant wait to get outta there! ~Derric

Asked the girl working if another sales associate was there that I had worked with in the past and she rolled her eyes very dramatically and said “She does not work here anymore” and scoffed at me. Needless to say I wasn’t excited about my service after that conversation occurred. I was almost ignored and rushed through the transaction to get me out of the store. Love the clothes for my child but the associates can do much much better! ~Candace

Worst customer service ever received at a Talbots location. I’ve been a Talbots shopper for 38 years and will never shop this location again. If I could give negative stars ratings I would. When this location goes out of business I won’t be surprised. Very disappointed. ~Kay

This is the only JJill store I go to. The store is large, neat, well stocked and offer too many items to resist. The sales persons are more than helpful and willing to make the most of your shopping experience. TAking off a star because I never leave with my hands empty. ~Marlene
