This is the only JJill store I go to. The store is large, neat, well stocked and offer too many items to resist. The sales persons are more than helpful and willing to make the most of your shopping experience. TAking off a star because I never leave with my hands empty.

My favorite clothing store to shop in. Most of my clothes come from JJill. Staff goes above and beyond to help you. They r very honest about how an outfit looks and fits. The staff suggestions about other clothing for you is so helpful. Great sales!!!

One of the main reasons I shop at J.Jill now is the people who work there. I am not much of a shopper but I love shopping at this store. The sales team is extremely helpful without being pushy or nagging. They make me feel like I am the only person in the store by the way they help me decide what outfit is right or not right for me. They are friendly and cheerful and happy to help whenever I have questions shopping for myself or for my mom. I will continue to shop at J.Jill not just for the great clothes but because of the great people who work here!

J. Jill's quality has declined. I am so disappointed in the clothes I've ordered. Fabric was flimsy, shrunk in the wash (used directions) and the styling was not what I expected at all. A tunic was downright frumpy. This leads me to believe the company may be under new ownership or gobbled up by some other mega-retailer. What a shame!
