I had such a wonderful experience with this rental company for my wedding! My wedding was 09/09/22 and I had rented a large tent with many chairs/tables/table clothes and everything needed to set the tables. My husband and I worked with Kathy to make everything happen and her customer service was excellent. Very organized, communicative, and helpful when working with us to figure out what we needed to do. The tent was put up a few days prior so I could see it at rehearsal and I was beyond happy with how everything was coming together before the wedding even happened. I’ll attach a photo a bridesmaid took of the table at the wedding!

I reached out to Coastal Tents when I thought I was having my wedding in DE. I was emailing with Kathy Saulino and she was SO helpful. She helped me think of ideas, placement, measurements, really anything and everything I needed. I ended up changing the location of my wedding to Virginia. Kathy still was willing to help me with ideas! I have not come across any rental company that was willing to help out as much as Coastal Tents was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I just want to give a shout out to Joe and his staff for helping with our son's wedding. At my appointment Joe presented me with several different scenarios for lighting etc... and helped me find the one that was right for my event and also my budget. The setup crew was prompt and courteous and got in and out quickly so we could finish setting up. Great job! Would highly recommend them for any kind of rental...they have everything!!!!

Zack and his team were amazing. Not only did he do his job, he went above and beyond his responsibilities when our outdoor venue suffered the rath of a nor’easter. They hung the bistro lights in the torrents of wind and rain, and carried tables and chairs to the second floor of our house. But mostly they were there with a smile and a understanding of what it means to try to get something done when the outlook couldn’t have looked worse. It was amazing when the weather cleared just long enough to have our ceremony and some pictures outside before we went back in to a house that looked like a perfect wedding venue thanks to the decorated tables and chairs they provided. The next day when Zack came back to pick everything up he patiently listened to the stories of our special day with true interest and we laughed at how wet he was when he finally went home to his family. To a job well done, Zack. Cotiinued success. I would recommend your business to anyone!

Coastal Tented Events hung the lights for my son's wedding reception in July. The firehall was transformed by the twinkling lights and it was just beautiful! The gentlemen who set up were polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company!
