It has been 2 years since I have lived in P-cola and had service done here. I was just thinking about it because I am still dealing with the issues this place caused when I had my car and jeep serviced there. In short, I paid to have the AC fixed because my car did not blow cold. Had to take it in 3 times because each time it did not fix the problem. They basically gave up and told me they couldn't find the part which I understand (old car) but I was still out a few hundred when nothing got fixed. My complaint is now I live in the north and in "trying" to fix my AC they busted my heat so my car didn't have heat until this week when someone was kind enough to fix it for me. It worked before I had it worked on there but I didn't really notice because it's Florida and it's hot 10 out of 12 months. Jeremy was nice but the rest of the staff was rude. Called Wednesday to see if they could look at my car was told yes bring it in and we’ll look at it Thursday. (Dropped off at 8am Thursday). Well when I called twice was told your car is next, will call you first thing in the morning. Friday morning came and no call well when I called at 9:30 to see if they looked at car they said it’s next in line but couldn’t tell me when. So I picked my car up and took it somewhere else and got it looked at right away. The lady that is in the shop does not know what she is doing. She should have said we can’t get to it today. 🤦🏼♀️ Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Took car for diagnostic test because idle off . Asked if could run diagnostic and get back with me same day. They never call. Kept car a day and a half. Went to pick up and $200.00 later car still doing same. I don't trust they did anything. Never use them again Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This use to be the only place I would take my vehicles for years.However after my last experience I will never return. Jeremy was awesome. But when he was not there, the man that worked on my car sent me off with no oil in my car after they did a test on it. I had to buy another vehicle because it was not with it to replace head gaskets again. This place has gone downhill. I will never return.

My family and I have been taking our cars to Pro Fast for a few years now just for basic tuneups and oil changes and we have always come away pleased. This last visit to them was the true test. I had been experiencing issues with my car's air conditioner for quite some time. Numerous trips to the dealership and all that the dealership was able to tell me was that they were unable to duplicate the symptoms and later on in the visits that this was a known and common issue with the system, but still did nothing but send me on my way. So, I decided to let the repairmen at Pro Fast diagnose and later fix my system. I left it there for them to troubleshoot and the techs said that they had narrowed it down but wanted to wait and verify that it was either a sensor valve or the compressor. Unfortunately it turned out to be the compressor but by this time I was ready to rip the system out myself so I told them to go ahead change it. The head tech in charge, Jeremy, was very helpful in the whole process and was able to tell me what the issue was after diagnosing the system. I had purchased an extended warranty on the car and it turns out that the plan provider and Pro Fast have a good reputation together. All in all, I was without my car for two days, but I had a brand new air compressor, my extended warranty covered the parts and labor, and the only thing I payed was the sales tax and a very low facility fee. I am now very pleased with my A/C system that is blowing ice cold air. This last visit assured me that I will be going to Pro Fast for all of my car needs for the next couple of years. Thanks & job well done guys.
