Manager lied. Wouldn't take back a phone I could not see, read, or hold ( to small) the very next morning after purchase. When she said I could. Get customer service on the phone due to problems running out of data in 1 day. Getting stranded somewhere not near wifi. Then get home. Can't use wifi or data. Cricket as my Phone provider Sucks. The area range is small. Drop calls continously. Can't even walk around in my house in certain rooms because I'll not get service. This company is the PITS!

Great service. Great price. One problem is I wanted to have a number changed and they wanted to change my plan to a higher priced one. That made no sense.

The customer service there sucks the “MANAGER” is rude and don’t know what he is even talking about half the time went in there 3 times different times and each time that “MANAGER” is rude an gets real slick with his smart comments had cricket for a few years love them but this store stay away and it’s sad In all honesty that we have too this with a great company that is trying to expand but people like him we choose not to that store lost my service I’m willing to drive the extra miles to another store

This location has horrible customer service. And when I came in to change my service from another carrier to them of five lines they literally wanted me to bring all of my children and my wife in to there location to transfer the lines even though the existing account I was changing was only in my name and I was allowing my children and wife to use the lines if I would not bring them in they would not transfer my numbers. I truely believe they did not want to do the work it would take to transfer them (LAZY). And the reason I have come to this conclussion is because I went to the next closest cricket location and they hooked up my lines with no problem what so ever. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I just wanna say a big thank you to the ladies that helped us last night. We did arrive last min but they treated us with open arms and were very kind and took care of all our needs plus more . thank you ladies very hard to find amazing reps anymore .

The people in this, the 6th street store are very nice and polite and knowledgeable. But ive never gotten an answer when I call. Even at 5 minutes after opening the cypress gardens location picked up the phone promptly and helped me with my problem and I prefer to go out of my way to vistit the 6th St location because I prefer the people but even when I visit in store theyre there not answering the phone.
