I've been using this location for year, simply because of the convenience of the location to my home. I have rented from the 2-3 times per month over the past few months. I will now look for another rental company. After getting questions about charges on my company credit card used to book cars her, I noticed that they add on charges after the fact. Fuel charges and late return charges that were not accurate. I've never returned a vehicle late, and I've never returned it with less fuel than it had when I got it. I always stop at the 7-11 that is literally at the corner of their parking lot to put fuel in the cars each and every time. I would definitely look for another rental car place before trying this one. Service isn't great. They usually have one person working the front counter, and one person cleaning cars. Once, upon returning a vehicle, I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes. I eventually walked around the building to the back, only to find the girl that works the counter standing in the back talking to the guy who usually cleans vehicles. He was sitting doing nothing and she was standing doing nothing. There has to be better rental car companies than this one.

The guy working the counter is rude then he tried charging me a higher deposit than the other budget locations that I use frequently. Will stick with my original location if I come back to Budget for another rental.

The best place, the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this place to rent cars. I have rented multiple times here and not one bad experience at all.

If you can avoid this location I would suggest you do so. The pick up process was fast and easy. However, drop off was less than stellar. I had the car for 3 days and when I returned it it had a few crumbs in the backseat. I was told I would be charged a cleaning fee but I stated this would not be right because the crumbs were not “in excess” as the sign states at the counter. The guy at the desk said “it is at their discretion on what excess is and it’s 100 degrees out , I don’t want to have to vacuum the car in this heat.” This concerned me even more. If he complained about vacuuming, I highly doubt they are cleaning and sanitizing their vehicles between uses. They are relying on the customers to clean the cars. Do not use this location.

Worst customer service at a rental car location. Agent entered our credit car information wrong and refused to re-enter it or run the card again. After talking with the credit card company and finding out she put in the wrong security code (40 minutes later) she re-ran the card with no issues. There was no apology or acknowledgment that she messed up. During our extended wait we saw 2 other customers have issues with cars come in (bad tires and expired registration). The car we rented had the fog light fall out 50 miles down the road. Horrible service and poorly taken care of cars. I would not recommend anyone renting from here.

We got a great deal going through a third party. Picking up the car and dropping it off were easy with little wait. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rent from them again.

We rented a vehicle via USAA for pick up at this location. My wife and I are both Army veterans, my son and his girlfriend are both active duty Army NCO's. We used the vehicle for a trip to the grand canyon and Tucson area. When returning the vehicle first I was told I'd be charged a pet cleaning fee. I told them there wasn't any pets in the vehicle. They charged us $100 for hairs in the front seat. I'm 57 years old and still have a military short hair cut and I drove all of the trip. Beware renting from them, enterprise will treat veterans better.

The car I picked up needs oil change 1400 miles over, no windshield wiper fluid in the car, & it was sticky & dirty. When I was there to pick up the car I heard one of the guys ask if the other person would clean the car. He went back & vacuumed then said it's clean. Clearly that's all they do. So upset!! I usually go enterprise I made a mistake using budget. Literally budget service!

I had scheduled a 7 seater rental car. I had to pick up the car at 12:00 and the establishment closes at 12:00. We go the next morning at 8:00 because they are supposed to hold your reservation for 24 hours. We go in and the front desk lady pulls the account and says that there are no 7 seater cars available. I take a deep breath because we need to figure out the situation. Then, the owner jumps in. I explain hey we came yesterday a little past 12 (life of a mom happens) he starts talking about how we were supposed to be there earlier…. (Which I understand) so my husband asks him what can be done? The owner goes off and starts rambling about how we were not humble, rude, and just seemed to go off on him. I did not have an attitude or get mad until this point. I waited for him to finish talking because I did not want to be as rude as him. As soon as I tried to let him know that he was being rude and all we wanted to do was figure the rental situation he cut me off and continued to say that we were just looking for trouble(which I wasn’t…. I just needed a car). I then saw that there was no point I. The conversation because there would be no consensus on anything. I said to him this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received turned around and left. We called to see what we could do and they even said that the company had not even assigned a car! We rented 2 months ago. Just flabbergasted on the lack of listening and problem solving skills.

Literally the best budget experience. It wasn't a hassle or a complication. I received my car upon arrival is a timely manner. IN AND OUT! after 2wks with my rental I was greeted before even entering the door to get the keys and expect the vehicle. I have rented from budget (in another state) and it was by far the worst experience of my life. The customer service will definitely keep me coming back!
