I’ve had great conversations with many of the employees that work at this particular location. Except Erica. She has so much attitude and it is horrible for customer service. I walked in one night and the ice machine was out of ice and I went to attempt to see if they had any ice behind the prep counter and she proceeded to roll her eyes as I was asking for help and when confronted her excuse was “I was in the middle of talking” and proceeded to say “we don’t give out free ice” in an attitude and when confronted about the attitude she only continued. LITERALLY THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE DRINK MACHINE THAT SAYS “A complimentary cup of ice with a bottled beverage”. Attitude is everything when working in customer service but she definitely does not have the right one.

Won’t be ordering from here again. The food wasn’t good. Ordered a hoagie And the instructions on how I wanted the food prepared wasn’t followed. Food was gross Complete waste of money.

Wawa, Royal Farms, etc… these 24hr locations are what truck drivers, gig drivers know have one thing in common. Bathroom access throughout the night, well not this location and judging by the unclean floors in the main area, it’s no surprise why they close them overnight.

First and LAST time coming to this specific Wawa. Disappointment wrapped with a bow. I ordered through the app and waited over 20+ minutes entirely my order. But before that, as I entered I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I was left just standing there looking lost as the young ladies who worked there walked right past me several times. In fact, one of them put and order in and made food for themselves. I see workers literally just leaving all simultaneously too. I continued to wait giving them benefit of the doubt that they are possibly busy and clearly understaffed. I was wrong. I finally asked someone about my order. She told me to hold on and then proceeded to argue with another co worker. Where’s the professionalism?! Nonetheless, I couldn’t even find a care I just wanted my food. Finally a young lady begins preparing my food. I’m waiting and waiting and she tells me they are out of the regular rolls they use. At this point I’ve been waiting so long I told her I didn’t care what she used. Food is made, I walk out to dig in and open my sandwich to see this. What the hell is this? Plus, my fries were stale as hell. GET IT TOGETHER.

I recently visited store #6004. I made my order through the app. When I arrived at the store I went to mobile pick-up counter and waited over 20 minutes for my order. I then went to the food counter and asked about my order and found out it had been sitting to side of the window the whole time, but my number was never called and the young ladies at the counter never even acknowledged me. When I got my food it was cold and the bread was hard from sitting in the window for so long. Also the whole time I'm standing there I had to listen to young ladies complain about what they didn't like about thier job. I'm a regular customer at this particular store because I work overnight and it's all that's open at times, but I would really like better service. Every night I'm subject to the same attitudes and listening to personal conversations and complaints amongst staff about their job, before I can receive the sub-par service that is offered.

The worst sandwich ever. It was disgusting and not what is was suppose to be. They didn’t put any of the things listed on my sandwich.The only reason why they get 2 stars is because the guy making my coffee was very sweet and made the best iced latte I have ever had.

I order the exact same thing every time I get food delivered from here. (Chicken strips with Honey Mustard.) Yet somehow, each time, they forget to include the honey mustard. Or my drink. Or my chips. Or some other item. It's become rare to receive a perfect order from this location. Tonight, I even got someone else's sandwich included with my order. Didn't order a sandwich at all. So that likely makes two customers they've annoyed tonight in the same instance.

Customer service was horrible by management and employees as well. The Bathroom at this location was closed due to Covid, that’s what the manager said, and good luck trying to make yourself a cup of coffee. They are not allowing customers to make their own coffee. An extra bag will cost you 5 cents even if you buy 25+ dollars of merchandise. I was given 1 bag to put cold drinks in as well as other products and also expected to put my hot sandwiches in the same bag to get cold from the cold drinks. Would avoid this location next time and bring my money to a Wawa that cares about their customers. Customers keep you running Wawa!!!

Every time I go here, the service is so slow. The workers are more concerned with singing and dancing with each other than make your sandwich. I’m all for having a little fun while working...as long as your WORKING! Today, however, was the worst!! I was treated so rudely. First, after waiting forever for my sandwich and soup, I was given the wrong soup. When I asked for the right soup, the girl behind the counter slopped soup all over the side of the container. I asked her wipe it off because it was tomato soup and it would stain my clothing. She wrapped a paper towel around it and put it in a bag. Annoyed, I wiped the container myself and put the towel on the counter. The girl then told me to throw away my own trash. She informs me that I was being rude and rolling her eyes at me. Whatever happen to good old fashion customer service? If she would have gotten the order correct in the first place, she would have had to bother with the “rude” customer!

I’m glad to have one near my work. The shuttle is right there and is easy to catch. However, I’ve been to Wawa in Delaware and Baltimore so I thought the experience would be the same. Courteous quick and professional. I was wrong. Sometimes it is busy sometimes it’s not. That’s not even the problem. I kid you not when me and another gentlemen were the only ones there, it took 15-20 minutes for a sandwich to be done. I understood retail understaffing or everyone took their “breaks” at the same time but this is unacceptable. Also some of the staff can be really unprofessional with their conduct. Paid for my stuff at 10:13 am didn’t get my stuff till 10:33 amThere was only 3 people back there and it takes this long. I’ve been in retail/food management. This is a problem. With the other gentlemen waiting longer than me before he gets his order with me. I love the sandwiches though. This is the second time I’ve tried to give them a chance. The first time was issues with my husband’s order and them not having it available. That’s fine. But why make the terminal allow to order if it’s not there? But they got an ATTITUDE when he decided to cancel the order (he didn’t even pay for it once he was told it was out). Great for a budget. Maybe in time my review will change.
