We left an abstract poster to frame. Next day, we picked it up since we decided to buy a large frame at Pottery Barn. When we picked it up, it was rapped with cardboard in both sizes. We put it in one of our closets carefully (where it was before taking it to Michaels). One week after we open the cardboard, the entire poster was messed up. In the center, next to the abstract design were several crease marks. The edges have marks from being folded and also have many fingerprints. So disappointed. Now we have to pay to print another poster. We won’t come back to do any art work here. The poster was definitely not treated carefully.

Just odds and ends that never I thought I would want or need but after seeing them it just opened up so many new opportunities. go visit, even if it's just to walk around

A great craft store and more. They do photo framing, have all sorts of silk flowers, picture frames and things to keep busy. Scrap booking and more. Nice storage boxes. There is usually a discount coupon, and the help is always friendly, nice and helpful.

I’ve been going to this store for many years... no complaints. I took my diamond painting to get framed. Jolie helped me and she was great at picking the frame and coordinating mat colors. I was really excited and paid a lot since it was so big. I got there and it looked fabulous .. except one of the diamonds had fallen and you can see it in the white mat. I was so upset. I thought they were gonna say too bad.. well.. they didn’t. They told me they were going to open it and fix it and not to worry. Later, I received a call from the manager, Becky. She explained her concerns that the diamonds would still come off and that she suggests I mod glue it first before we re-frame it again. I am very happy that they care enough to call me and recommend that I take steps before they try again. They care about their customers and you can tell. Thank you Jolie, Becky and Michaels!

This location is always neat and clean. Parking is ok. Employees very nice and helpful when you can find one. Prices high but they are a specialty store so I expect a great selection. Long wait in line. Usually someone in front of me with tons of small items and coupon.

This store is not only a great location, but also has an amazing selection of almost anything you could think of for sets & crafts and more. On top of they, they often conduct pretty incredible sales. I found two frames for 60% off which I had to get. Saved myself almost $70 buying both of these frames, amazing deal. They also have a clean facility and good customer service.
